Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Kathyand valley kings. I am relocating back to AZ and was having issues with getting an apartment due to low credit and Kathy not only found me an apartment but she went above and beyond to go and tour the apartment and FaceTime me to show me the apartment and it’s amenities. Fantastic experience: Dre was amazing! I told him what my budget was, my location I wanted to stay in and the allowance of my two pets and he ensured the process was smooth and fast! Fantastic experience: I called with a desperate need of a place to live for me and my son. I scheduled a time but was unable to get there before they closed I was ten minutes after. Brandy DeSanta who helped stayed later to make sure I was seen. I filled out the application and she said as able to find some properties for me to look at. After choosing one she worked with the property management to help me get every thing taken care. She was able to get me approved jumping over hurdles that I wasn’t able to get over prior. She did a great job and I recommend you go and see her if you want to find a place quickly , she will work on your behalf! Thank you Brandi!

Fantastic experience: I’m here to give Brandi DeSanta Her Flowers If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would! Finding a place with an eviction on my record felt almost impossible. I had already been rejected once and honestly was starting to feel discouraged and defeated. But then I met her — and everything changed. From the very beginning, she listened to my situation without judgment. I explained everything to her, and instead of making me feel embarrassed or hopeless, she reassured me and got to work. She truly advocated for me and believed in my turnaround. Because of her dedication and persistence, I was not only approved — I was able to move into a brand new, beautiful apartment that gives luxury in every way. It still feels unreal. Negative experience: After a discussion with Nathan the previous evening we set a time to meet the following morning. 9 am was the time I set and a time we both agreed on. I need to move this week and that was communicated with Nathan. Today being the only day I could be there which was communicated as well. I showed up and no Nathan. I waited about 20 mins and had to leave for work. No text Nathan later on. He took zero accountability. Things happen we are all busy, no accountability or reasons for it were given. Not the best way to conduct business

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stars. I got robbed for $856!!!!!!!! Run away and don’t go here! Broker found me a unit I put down a deposit told me it was refundable excluding the application fees then later told me unit was not available then it was then it wasn’t just gave me the run around and now won’t refund me my deposit!!! That’s a lot of money to just steal from someone and not care! Please don’t do business with these people!!!! Whatever you do!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with the place And Nathan needs a refresher on laws pertaining to consumer credit and background checks he pulls and refuses to give the person their copy they are legally entitled to have at their cost but refused so now have to escalate to proper real estate licensing boards etc and get him some remedial refresher training ( oh and a new shirt, hawaiian shirt....really??

Fantastic experience: I contacted Jesse Ramirez on a Friday afternoon to explain that I had moved here from California, and my credit situation, so that I would need assistance in searching for an apartment after being denied at an apartment complex. Within minutes after speaking with Jesse and providing him with the information he requested Jesse sent me a few apartment websites to view online and decide which one I wanted to tour. I was able to tour the apartment complex the next day which was a Saturday. I applied over the weekend and was approved on that Monday. Thank You Jesse, for your friendly personality, for your speedy service and for texting me on your day off, to see how my apartment tour had gone. Also for the follow up on the apartment application status. I am all moved in now and I am enjoying & loving my new apartment!!. Thank you!!

Positive experience: The staff was very kind. They did help us get a roof over our head. However I do recommend they remove The Residence at Palm Valley apartments from there list. We did not have a proper AC unit for 2 months, they brought up a portable for the 3 bedroom apartment. We did not have a functioning washer; they gave us a key to an apartment in another building so we could wash our clothes, closet doors fell and hurt my daughter, water pipes leaked in my daughters room twice. They left the hole open causing a severe asthma attack. The electrical plugs in the kitchen have not been working; they now have to call in an electrician but no timeline of when.All I got from the office was “We understand that the unit may not fully align with your personal expectations. However, after review, it is functioning as intended now and meets the standards we uphold for all residents” I would will be reaching out to Property Kings once my lease is over. They did find a place to live fair fast.

Fantastic experience: We met with Andre and he found us the perfect home within 30 minutes of talking to him! I told him everything I wanted, and he knew exactly what to look for. Even though we needed to find a place on super short notice, he made it happen. Within just 4 days we applied, got approved and moved in. He made the whole process so quick and easy highly recommend working with him!

Negative experience: Judy Ann Service was extremely unprofessional. She refused to listen to me, which made me feel uncomfortable. She started to become pushy and arrogant, wasting my time and money.

Fantastic experience: I had Aya Abdalla as my realtor/locator. She found the perfect place for my family.
