Negative experience: This company charged me twice for Association fees within a month. They told me they would refund me by check then the following day refused to refund me. They were eager to withdraw funds from my checking account without my permission and I did not owe them any money but not able to do a refund. They have no integrity, lie, unprofessional, refuse to get my money back to me.

Negative experience: Such poor communication skills at this place. Would never recommend them as a tenant or landlord. Honestly just poor all around, do better. Edit: lol see what I mean I'm not leaving any country right now, it literally took leaving this review for you guys to call me. Also im not breaking the lease? Maybe if you communicated you would know what I was asking.... Edit 2: most of the reason this is a one star is because it continious. When I first moved in it took them 6 months to get someone to the washer and dryer. The repairs for the toilet took way too much effort. And lastly the lights going out in the kitchen, never communicated and never helped. By the way the washer and dryer have still yet to be completely fixed still leaks all over the back patio. PMI fix it im sure alphonso will love that. I'm out

Negative experience: My mother owns a condo in Glendale. PMI is the property management company hired by the HOA. Joseph Heckel is the broker. Several of the buildings have had severe roof leaks for over 2 years. After fighting for months a couple years ago they sent an unqualified roofer who did not repair the roof correctly. My mother's unit and the one above her have sustained extensive damage. The property management company said to contact them immediately if there are leaks. One of the units has so much roof damage you can see the sky. The residents have all done that. The CC&Rs state that the exterior of the buildings is the responsibility of the HOA handled by the property management company. They have been told by PMI too bad they aren't fixing it. They told my mom the property above her is vacant, it's not my mom talked the owner/resident just yesterday. She now has so much damage and mold a disaster mitigation company has to come in and she has to hire a lawyer. If you're a property owner I wouldn't use them because they are incompetent at best corrupt at worst. This is a response: The roof leaks are because of faulty repairs that's already been determined by a new roofing company that you had to hire you also had to hire plumbers. The entire building has water damage and mold. PMI has been aware there has been problems for 3 years and instead of calling out another roofing company or plumber your employee Lisa has lied to owners and apparently you. We have 3 years worth of emails. She failed to do her job now there is tens of thousands of dollars in damage to people's homes. We are still waiting for these repairs to be done. You can continue to lie but ultimately PMI and the HOA are responsible.

Negative experience: Spoke with Mandy on the initial call she was very blunt and unprofessional and even unhelpful. I wouldn't rent from them there are way better agencies that are pleasant and willing to help.

Negative experience: Since you asked for a reason, First off, I am being forced to pay $35 a month for a resident benefit package, which includes an air filter I'm supposed to receive monthly (I don't, they seem to send them at random) and credit reporting (which I haven't been enrolled in for over a year due to your office failing to do their job). I just got another notice from you that you need my birthday to enroll in the "credit building" benefit which was supposed to be fixed 09/2024 after me AGAIN asking why I wasn't enrolled in the first place. Will I see a pro-rated refund for the months I haven't been enrolled? Nope. Your office has also constantly failed to pass on notifications from the HOA. Multiple times I've left my dog in an apartment with no AC because I wasn't made aware. I've also been without hot water for days because you failed to notify me. Your company provides NOTHING of value, and has literally made my renting experience WORSE since you took over.

Fantastic experience: I rented 3314 N Mauna Loa Lane, in Surprise, Arizona for five months. The house was beautiful! It had a large closed private back yard, came completely furnished, including dishes, linens etc. The rental office was a pleasure to deal with and promptly responded to and questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend this company in future for anyone looking for a place in the area. I rented this place site unseen from Canada so it was a delight to arrive and discover it was more than I expected.

Negative experience: My father in law rented a home for three months. There were issues right away. They would not address anything without going through their site. Would not address anything when my father in law called, as that is the way he is use to handling issues, a call. After two months they indicated that he owed more money for water usage and now charging him interest for late payment. We reported a toilet that ran. My father in law was not sure if it was water in the walls. They took that from a phone call. I helped to submit the web form and reported the the toilet was the issue. It took tow appointments to get it fixed, they replaced everything but the actual toilet. He tried to talk to them, but they refused and sent back the refund less water bill and some other fees. This company takes advantage of people. Hot rub was broken, garage door was about to break. There were no keys to the place as indicated. How can they treat people the way they do. Take advantage and steal money!

Negative experience: Working with PMI was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had renting. The house was turned over to us in terrible condition. There were extreme stains on the wall from the previous tenant, food/trash left in the kitchen, the yard was left in awful condition, etc. PMI did not fix any of these issues besides repainting one wall. They were very slow to fix any work orders, and every single appliance in the kitchen went out at some point as well as leaks in both bathrooms and a black widow infestation. The women who answered phones for PMI were always kind, and I did appreciate that. But our property management staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. Renting from PMI was stressful.

Negative experience: Incredibly shady company. Will keep a large chunk of your deposit no matter how immaculately clean you leave the rental. These thieving clowns took the listing photos the day I handed over the keys, and then claimed the home needed cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Wow, it was so refreshing in this day and age to talk with a customer focused representative like Jenn. She was terrific in assisting me with my real estate HOA affairs. She listened, offered to assist me and knew exactly how to accomplish why I was calling. Kudos to this young lady. She is a true asset to this organization!

I’ve been so pleasantly surprised with how on top of everything the entire property management company is. Their system of communication is well set up, and we are able to access a portal for records. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and smoothly, with helpful and timely communication from Hannah. Deena has also been so helpful and supportive in managing our property and needs. Hanan and Joseph as well! We have worked with a number of folks within PMI Res’s staff, and every single person has treated us as a valued client. They are all just really nice, when it comes down to it. I cannot recommend this great group of people and company enough!

Negative experience: I've owned a house in a PMI managed community for about 4 months. I'm yet to receive access to the gate around the community. Had it not been for dumb luck and being able to guess a working gate code, i would not be able to access my own property. Months of corresponding with the company have led to nowhere. There is an email address listed on the home page of their website that states, "Any issues should be reported to..." His response was "I'm not sure how you got my information." No company can be this incompetent without it being intentional.

Fantastic experience: Lexi and Sarah have been incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process, always accommodating and patient when it came to move-in payments. They really went above and beyond to guide us. Unfortunately, the payment portal has been a nightmare to work with – daily limits, faulty scheduled payments, long delays, and extra fees make it very frustrating. On top of that, customer service is hard to reach with poor signal and unhelpful reps. Despite this, Lexi and Sarah made the process smoother for us, and we truly appreciate their support!

Fantastic experience: PMI Real Estate Services were great to deal with selling my dad's home for me after he passed away. I was over 2000 miles away and we were able to conduct all business via phone and email. They had a harder than normal job because they also had to do some property management due to tenants living in the property they were selling for me. Joseph Heckel and Hanan Ayoub were very good at keeping me updated and getting back to me when I requested them to. For the actual closing they used the Security Title Agency and Rita Moorehead gave me a feeling of confidence that everything was in order and things would go smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Joseph Heckel has been my agent for rental property in Sun City for 6 years. He has helped me through the pandemic and the judge's decision to let my renters not pay the rent but remain using the house while I payed for all the utilities and taxes and insurance on the house. When the judge's ruling was lifted, Joseph had to get an eviction notice and a ruling that they would pay what was owed for the rent. They moved out and have not yet paid anything on the rent. When I wished to sell the house in April of this year, Joseph and Sarah Price had the house set for buyers and put their skills to work on selling my house. When I went down to Arizona to visit and inspect the premises, I fell in love with it once more. But my brothers helped to repair items visually in need and align me with the sale once more. We met Sarah at the house to get the key from the lock box and enter. We added some items like toilet seats and new lamp shades. Enjoyed sleeping and shopping and eating there. When we all returned to our homes, Joseph and Sarah took over with showing prospective buyers and negotiating. Each attempt had some sort of problem and waiting was long, from April until August. But at last a buyer appeared who wanted the house and who was willing to pay cash. It was quite a nice deal made by Joseph and Sarah. Thank you for your skills and ability to stay on course.
