4 months ago Fantastic experience: Recently purchased home in Arizona. Sarah Triana represented me for this transaction. To say that I had good experience with her services would be an understatement. She is amazing! She provided an abundance of options and information on each home. Weighing out pros & cons to each property we saw. She helped my wife with information on nearby schools for our children. She was extremely personable and still maintained a high level of professionalism. It was the first time where I felt that the realtor cared about our feelings and not just about making the sale. She was patient during the process and looked out for my best interest when it came down to the negotiations. We were able to close on a purchase price lower than appraised value and recently sold comparables in the area. I would definitely use her services again and refer anyone I know to her as well. As stressful as buying or selling a home can be sometimes, having Sarah by our side during the process made it so much easier. I highly recommend Sarah Triana!
