Fantastic experience: I Live in San Diego, California. I was referred to Jesse from our realtor that sold our previous home. I asked her if she knew anyone in Arizona that could help me with my father’s home. It caught on fire back in 2017, and he had been struggling for 2 years to get back in his home. I needed to find out how much we could sell his home as is, or if we could fix it up for him to live in again. Our realtor did some research and interviewed several realtors over the phone, then she gave me his name, Jesse Abarca. He telephoned me and we had a long conversation about the dilemma my father was in. I could tell by talking to him that he was a kind and caring person. He was eager to help my father either sell his home or live back in it. He went to my father’s home with a contractor to look at the damage. We could have the damage repaired. I felt that I could totally trust Jesse with his advice. Then later when my Aunt passed away in Scottsdale, I phoned Jesse. Again living in San Diego, I didn’t have to worry, he took care of everything. Jesse worked with my Dad and sister in law, guiding them in the steps to sell the condo. Sadly my father passed away in 2024. During the last year I have had many realtors call me about the home. One of the heirs wants to live Dads home. Jesse came over recently to discuss options for my brother. Jesse answered our questions and gave us his honest opinion on what to do. Jesse is someone you can count on. He is honest and caring. Fantastic experience: My wife and I are happy with the choice we made during our home selling adventure. From the very beginning, Jesse has always been prompt with responses. While we couldn’t even get a reply from a different realtor (who we had even met in person before), Jesse contacted us the very same day we sent an email to get the process started. He was very honest and up front about what he felt our house would be worth after he did extensive research on nearby houses. He was so accurate, that the appraiser came up with the same value for our house after we accepted a great offer. We have animals, so we decided to move out early to a different house (in a different state) so that showing our house would be easier. Jesse took care of anything and everything we needed after we left. He made sure a broken window got replaced, the garbage got emptied, hired professional cleaners, and hired someone to clean the pool. He took all of the pictures of the house, created a 3D walkthrough and floor plan of the house, then put everything together for us in an amazing listing. He kept us included every step of the way, but it was great knowing our house was in his hands. Because of his awesome work, we started getting offers immediately on our house. We were able to accept a great offer the very next day. Jesse gave us awesome advice throughout the entire process, and we are now almost at the end of selling our home. Fantastic experience: Jesse Abarca Is amazing. He helped me 6 years ago to buy my first house! I was struggling with other relators and also struggling to get approve. I’ve recommended him to my family and friends. When I hear they are struggling I tell them to go with him. He always has worked with a great team! They will help you improve credit score or to get you where you need! I like that he takes you to couple homes to have feeling of what you really want and don’t want. I feel that is very important because then he doesn’t spend time on showing you homes that you probably don’t even like or fit what you are looking for. I don’t hear other realtors doing that. My brother was struggling on finding a home, 2-3 months passed and he hadn’t really even seen houses at all. He found a home in less than a month with Jesse and had an offer accepted. I recently used him to sell my house and it sold in one day! He is your realtor to go to! He has always answered my questions through text and phone calls and sometimes late at night. He will forever be the realtor I recommend and use for my future homes. The agent that you select really really matters!

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Jesse to sell my home after attempting to use opendoor. I had worked with Jesse previously to buy my home and had a great experience. This time, however, I wanted to go through open door for a quick and convenient transaction. I didn’t want the hassle of showings, repairs and the uncertainty of knowing when someone would make an offer. I received my offer from opendoor and felt it wasn’t fair. I am being relocated for my job and unfortunately I do no qualify for an apartment due to my animals so I knew I would have to be in the market to purchase a home. So I looking around on Google for a realtor in Arizona (phoenix area) and Jesse Abarca popped up. I called Jesse and explained the situation and he said to me "don't worry! We have your back" and immediately got me in touch with a credit agency to get my approved loan and started getting the ball rolling on things. Just a couple of weekends ago we let Jesse know that we were flying out there for 1 day to come and look at some houses and he did not hesitate on anything with the short time that I gave him! We arrived in Arizona and Jesse was there early and was waiting for our arrival to the office! He welcomed us in and broke down everything we needed to know and searched up all the homes that were in the criteria that we were looking for. When my wife and I decided to purchase a home last year I probably saw hundreds of hours of you tube videos explaining the ins and outs of everything from how much down payment we should save up to tips on how to ask the seller for concessions. As much research I could have done on my own it does not compare to the experience that a good real estate agent can offer. We found this to be true when we chose to pick Jesse as our real estate agent. My wife and I have finally achieved the dream of owning our first home and that would not have been possible if it wasnt for Jesse and his crew. Fantastic experience: Jesse sold my house during a turning market. It was a stressful experience but he kept me updated and got me a price that I was satisfied with. The communication was solid, he took care of most things for me, and his assistant was helpful as well. The only thing I wish was better was the communication during the repair negotiation process. He must have been pretty busy during that time and I was really stressing about that. However, even during a market where it was rough for home buyers Jesse got the job done. After the house went under contract he even sent me a video to congratulate me. He also checked in on me after the sale to see how I was doing and made sure I got the money for the sale.
