Experiencia fantástica: Looking for apartments can be really challenging. But when I went to see the apartment unit at VIA Sandelarro it was different. Chelsea had excellent customer service. She was professional, and friendly when showing the unit. Took her time to explain in detail all is needed to know about the apartment and the application. I never Felt rushed, instead I felt comfortable and welcome worth Chelsea's excellent customer service. Thank you Chelsea!

The only thing that wasn't clear to me was the interesting inspection done prior to renting out the property. All the sudden there were miscellaneous items that needed repairs.

Experiencia negativa: We meet with Eric for an apartment showing, he was on time, he was informative, he gave us our space to look around. He fwd the applications to us. I would recommend him for a showing. However, when asked about issues with the apartment, he said it was being rented as-is (broken toilet porcelain lid, the refrigerator smelled so bad) so right off the bat that tells me the management company wasn’t even willing to fix the minor repairs, I could imagine being a tenant! Not to mention the $40.95/month mandatory fee they collect for liability insurance, credit monitoring, setting up utilities) which honestly, I don’t need to pay anybody to do for me! Except maybe renters insurance, but not $41/month. Needless to say, I will not be using this management company.

Im78 years old and terrible with technology but the staff has been patient and kind as I battle with responding to requests!
