Experiencia negativa: Do not ever send your information on an open house, this group spams you with multiple realtors trying to get your business as a buyer. I noted that I have a buyers agent already and two of their agents aggressively called, texted, and emailed me and I had to block them. If your services are that good, you don't need to telemarket this hard for leads.

But, Ken updated me every day and did one walk through. I noticed that those sites I were the ones I chose to inspect, and not anything from Zillow or Rent.com.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is LONG overdue! Torey Carrick from Anderson Real Estate Group was our agent when we sold our rental condo in Downtown Long Beach a few months ago. We had owned it since 2008 and when our amazing renter of seven years moved out, we decided it was time to sell. We live in Orange County and have literally dozens of realtor friends, but we wanted someone local to Long Beach who knew the area, the market, the people. We read great reviews on Torey, so I called him up. He was so kind, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable on the phone. I thought, “Torey’s got to be the guy, but let me meet him first and show him our actual property.” I scheduled a meeting and a showing with him. Soon after I hung up, Torey sent me a video of himself breaking down the Long Beach condo market, comps, you name it. It was right before the holidays, so we knew it wasn’t the best time to list it, but we thought we’d try. He had great advice for us. We listed the condo with Torey, and he helped us with anything that needed to be done before putting it on the market. He was very clear that he did not want us wasting any money! We didn’t have to stage it, paint it, replace the flooring… none of that. What a relief! Throughout the entire process, Torey kept us updated, even if there wasn’t a big update. He would send us videos, call or email. It made us know that he had not forgotten about us. He and his team were doing their best to get our condo sold and at a solid price. Alas, we got an offer. It was a bit tricky, as the buyer made an offer on TWO units in our building but only wanted to buy ONE! I had never heard of this kind of thing before. Torey walked us through it, explaining everything. That buyer ended up buying the other property, and truly, I would have done the same thing. It was priced a bit lower than it could have been, based on what we were asking, it had an extra parking spot and it was on a higher floor. That was all o.k.! We quickly got another offer, and it was solid. Torey negotiated like a real pro and every aspect of the sale was, thankfully, a piece of cake. Escrow closed and we could not be happier. We even heard how thrilled the buyer was to have been able to get into our former unit in a cool building located in a great spot. Not to mention, after the sale, we received a thank you card and all our “paperwork” on an Anderson Real Estate Group flash drive shaped like a house key. What a nice touch! Additionally, we had an issue with the HVAC after moving in and Carly reached out to her insurance account representative. Experiencia negativa: 1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Kasia Rei Francisco I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kasia Rei for our new construction home purchase. We received minimal support and follow-up throughout the process. Kasia failed to keep us informed about the status of our home's construction, and we often had to reach out to the builder directly to get updates. When issues arose, she was either incorrect about dates or unhelpful, leaving us to navigate the complex process on our own. When we pointed out the inconsistencies she became combative and argumentative (text messages available) What's even more frustrating is that we had to handle everything ourselves, from scheduling inspections to resolving defects, while Kasia collected her commission without lifting a finger. It's unacceptable that we paid for a service we didn't receive. I would not recommend Kasia to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive real estate agent. Her lack of communication, follow-through, and overall support made our home-buying experience stressful and frustrating. Advice to Others: Be cautious when working with Kasia, and don't expect much hands-on support. You might be better off handling the process yourself and saving on commission. ESPECIALLY if you are interested in a new construction home.
