As a first time home buyer, we were kind of just winging it all at the beginning with a different realtor. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and felt pretty discouraged as it just felt like we were completely on our own to navigate through a big, life changing purchase. Selling our family home seemed like a daunting task; it was full of many years’ worth of memories, and we didn’t know where to begin with it. Luckily, our good friend and trusted realtor in San Francisco, Richard Parham, recommended that we contact Nahed and Krys Benyamein. Nahed clearly has great experience with real estate, and Krys is a master with social media. Between the two of them they are a powerhouse, and they complement each other perfectly. We relied on them for organizing what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale, and they went well above and beyond the “call of duty”. They were there for us whenever we had a question, and when I felt nervous about things, they both led with their experience and their patient and kind natures and they turned the experience of selling the house into not just a manageable task, but an exciting one. We accepted an offer within 5 days of first showing!
