While that quick sale might be a unicorn in the current market, Ben’s diligence and marketing efforts cannot be discounted. He even came by my property and made a video of a high-end Murphy bed/office desk furniture piece I had in one of the bedrooms. He put that video on social media to stimulate interest in my home. Ben’s home sale process is also very efficient, as all communication is handled digitally, Including showings, which are requested by the seller’s agents and then approved or disapproved by the buyer electronically. We wanted a place to spend part of the year near our grandchildren plus we love the Southwest.
