I know it would be easy just to opt out this messages, but my thought is why do I have to opt out of something that I never opted into? I already opted out of all this crap when I took my time and signed up for the national do not call list.

Experiencia negativa: This is my personal experience with Nicholas (Nick) Shrum, who owns a property in the Superstition Springs area. During our time living in the home, we encountered multiple serious issues, including: • The A/C breaking in mid-July, causing indoor temperatures to exceed 100°F. • A burst pipe • A documented gas leak that required attention. • Warped flooring and other structural concerns. • Suspected mold throughout the home. After the pipe burst, MoldGone tested only the bathroom and confirmed mold in that room. However, based on visible damage and our family’s health issues, I strongly suspect mold was present in other areas as well. (See attached photos.) When I raised concerns about the home’s condition—especially after learning that a new family moved in shortly after we left—Nick dismissed my concerns as “almost a joke.” This was particularly frustrating because my entire family, including a toddler, experienced prolonged illness while living there. Additionally, previous renters stopped by and told us they had been removed due to “extensive repairs.” When I asked Nick about this, he claimed not to know who they were. In my personal opinion, based on my experience, the combination of communication issues, ongoing safety concerns, and the way we were treated make it clear that this is not someone I would recommend renting from. Edit: This realtor works for this company, so no I will not be taking my review down.
