When we first came to the St Louis region, he helped us find a house we liked, we put in one offer and got the house on the first trial. Experiencia fantástica: We used Dan to buy a new house and sell our existing house. Dan laid out strategies for both transactions and we were so pleased with the results. We needed some contractors to get a couple of things up to code in our house and Dan made this process much easier by providing us contacts for the work we needed to have done. He is a very good communicator, has a very structured approach to both selling and buying and we are enthusiastically recommending him to friends and family. His title should be realtor/home inspector because when he goes into a house the first thing he does is make basic functionality checks. He also makes observations that we as infatuated buyers simply would not notice, passing these observations to us in a straightforward manner so that we could make as informed an initial decision as possible. We always felt that Dan really cared about us as home buyers/sellers. Dan gives sound advice, which we relied on a few times. In our opinion there’s not many realtors out there like Dan.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Dan on more than one occasion. He helped myself and my wife purchase a home in 2014 in an in-demand area with a very fast past market. I recommended him to my parents to sell their home in the summer of 2023. In both instances, Dan worked tirelessly and at all hours to make sure the deals went through and the process went smoothly. He worked in an advisory capacity for 1-2 years in advance of the sale of my parents house to get it ready for sale (with no compensation). The market for this sale was very fast paced, with a period of first showings to acceptance of offers being a few short days. That period was over a weekend and Dan worked very hard to work with many agents who wanted to show the house. He was working at hours I did not expect him to, communicating with these other agents. His marketing is superior to others out there. While it is hard to back with fact, I truly believe that his work ethic and marketing resulted in a much higher amount than their excepted contract price.
