Experiencia fantástica: This was my second home purchase with Mark Seibold in the last 5 years. Both times he absolutely came through in every way. This most recent purchase he had to deal with a seller's agent that was as incompetent as I've ever seen. He didn't tell the seller's about our final walk-through and gave them a different closing date than he gave us to start off with. After the mix-up he disappears for 2 days. Mark was working diligently to get us money off our closing price any time we were inconvenienced by him. Even after we finally got into the house before closing the seller's took the washer, dryer, and fridge that were all included in our contract. By the end of it he worked as hard as anyone could and was able to get the maximum amount of closing costs covered by the seller's. It was a nightmare for us to go through and obviously much worse for him to deal with an agent that refused to cooperate with him! So whether it's an extremely smooth transaction like our first home he helped us with or a nightmare scenario Mark is your man!

Mark made the toughest journey in the middle of a high interest mortgage rates an easier one for us. He was always prompt in scheduling and showing up for the home visits (almost always available quickly) , always explained nitty gritty details leveraging his wealth of experience, never pushed us to bid on a home but always highlighted pros and cons, and left it for us to decide. He was very patient, welcoming, methodical and detail-oriented, agile and quick to act and respond, well-spoken professional realtor. He is very honest and a good coomunicator (returns calls, texts, emails properly and quickly). He always pointed the defects of each home visited and what it takes to fix them. He has vast knowledge about the different home architectures, and maintains a vast network of connections to link buyers with all needed knowledge and guidance needed for home insepction, maintenace, financing options and more. In his own words, the journey with the Gellman Team and especially with him never ends once started; its a life-time service. It has been a month we bought our home and Mark still answers to help me on all of my home maintenance-related questions. This time, we were selling a property from another state, and Bill took charge right from the get-go. From meeting our tenant and collecting the keys to ensuring the property was ready for sale, Bill handled everything seamlessly. He coordinated with contractors, got bids, and managed the whole process without missing a beat. It was like watching a maestro conduct an orchestra, but with more hammers. :-) Real estate transactions can sometimes get contentious, but Bill is someone whose opinion we trust implicitly. The feedback he gave us was invaluable, and he guided us through every step of the process with expertise and confidence. If you're in need of a realtor, Bill is your guy. He's knowledgeable, on point, and will go to bat for you. However, if you're looking for a realtor who also doubles as your therapist, that's not his forte. Bill is straightforward and to the point, which we appreciated. There’s no sugarcoating in real estate deals - it’s either a yes or a no, and Bill makes sure you know exactly where you stand. While we appreciated his straightforwardness, there were times when a bit more understanding of our emotional perspective would have been helpful. :-) If you ask us if we would hire Bill again, our answer would be a resounding "Absolutely!"
