Experiencia negativa: Purchased a house back in 2020. I didnt realize I could leave a review. But, was sold a house that had previous fire damage that was not disclosed. The agent used their own recommended consultant to inspect the house. Their consultant "missed" informing us that the house had a major fire and repairs as a result. We found out the following year the house was a quick sale with extensive damage and low quality repairs. When we asked our agent, she proceeded to write us a $500 check and stopped responding. 1st time home owner at the time, so life lessons learned. I wouldnt recommend these folks at all for 1st time buyers.

We invested deep trust in her as we were buying a house “sight unseen” as a military family in a time crunch. I’m so glad I was because she made the entire process feel easy, supported, and genuinely enjoyable. I was searching in Issaquah and ended up touring the same property twice because I fell in love with it right away. From our very first conversation, Stacey was warm, friendly, and incredibly easy to connect with. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was doing beyond knowing I loved the place, but Stacey had my back the entire way. She’s extremely knowledgeable about houses, the market, and what to offer, and she explained everything in a way that made sense. One thing that stood out the most was how responsive she is. I always worried about bothering someone with questions, but she answered every message, often within minutes, sometimes within 30 seconds. Her communication alone took so much stress out of the process. Stacey also went above and beyond to make sure I had options. Even though I ended up buying the house I loved, she had other tours lined up in case things fell through. It was clear she had my best interest at heart and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. Her background as a contractor for around 20 years was a huge bonus. She had great renovation ideas and could explain what was possible in the house, like where plumbing could move and how updates might work. She also recommended a fantastic local inspector she has worked with many times. Even after closing, Stacey has continued to be incredibly helpful. She has answered all my follow-up questions about utilities and settling in, and she even offered to help me sell items the previous owner left behind once I finish unpacking. I truly can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, supportive, honest, and genuinely invested in your best interest, Stacey is it.

Experiencia negativa: I don't know how to stop getting calls from every door. I saw 1(one!) house with them over a year ago. I have been asked to be put on their do not call list at least 15 times. They need to review their practices in terms of frequency and persistence of contact. Added a second star because I don't feel comfortable giving one star given that the only consensual contact I had with them was great, and we found the agent really helpful. Ashley was a 5 star agent. We are just not in the market, and I am tired of being harassed by various random people.

I recently purchased a condo, and I truly believe I wouldn’t have been able to get it without Ashley. Beyond negotiating, Ashley went above and beyond by helping me review the HOA documents and understand every detail about the building, drawing from her background as an HOA manager. Experiencia fantástica: I could not have asked for a better Experience! We got matched to Brian on Zillow by chance and without him I do not think we would have found a house for years! I was feeling really shy about looking at homes in person and he encouraged my husband and I to give it a try, and look at the maybes! To get us comfortable with looking around he asked our budget and spend time understanding what we needed in a home. He asked us to trust him to build a list of homes to show us and we did. We made a few offers, he was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans, and the covenant. He helped advocate for us to sellers who were reluctant to look at our VA offer. And in the end, he brought us to a house I never even saw online. He found it before it was very public. We made an offer and now we’re home owners!!!! :) he’s held our hand through closing, and made sure we never had to personally deal with any problems that have come up. There’s been some closing bumps completely out of his control and he’s spent HOURS on the phone making sure they were resolved. He has called us a few times and just basically been like don’t worry about that anymore, it’s fixed. :) he has such a great network! If you need an inspector, or a lender, don’t hesitate to tell him he’s got you covered! I believe we got an incredible deal on our home and it was in our budget! There are great first time home buyer programs out there. If you’re feeling discouraged about the market, reach out to him. Brian knows great programs, if I can buy a house I bet you can too.

Experiencia negativa: I was really disappointed with how things played out after my offer was submitted with Katie. Communication dropped off significantly, and I often felt left in the dark during one of the most important parts of the homebuying process. I never got to do a blue tape walk-through, and I ended up having to pay an extra $2,000 in extension fees something that likely could have been avoided with better follow through. To make matters worse, I never even met her again in person after submitting my offer. She didn’t show up to give me the keys, she left the keys in a lockbox and when she came to pick the keys back up didn’t even try to say hi when we were clearly home. That lack of presence really stood out during such a big milestone. There were also issues during negotiations. She made a lot of assumptions when speaking with the seller’s side assuming things would happen without getting them in writing. Because of that, certain things that were promised never actually came through, and I was the one left dealing with the consequences. That said, I will say she was very helpful in the beginning. She was responsive, patient, and knowledgeable while I was searching for homes. I appreciated how available she was early on, and I felt supported throughout that phase. But after the offer was in, it felt like I was no longer a priority. The poor communication, missed steps, extra fees, and unfulfilled promises left me frustrated. And to top it all off, I didn’t even receive a closing gift something my lender did make the effort to give me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the unique challenge of quickly buying a home in the Seattle area while living out of state, and Ron Gates made the entire process seamless, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. I found Ron online and we never met in person, but from our first virtual interaction, he understood my buying style and tailored his approach to fit my needs perfectly. Ron visited well over a dozen homes on my behalf, sending detailed video walkthroughs, complete with thoughtful narration that included not only what he could see, but also things a camera can’t capture, like ambient noise and even how crawl spaces smelled for good or bad.
