Negative experience: Still currently in the neighborhood leaving this summer when my lease is up. I've been here for 2 years paying close to 22,000 dollars. Work orders closed without work being done, still have a whole in my wall from a rat busting through a year ago. office management negligent and un accountable (may even be prejudice) complete slumlord mentality never would recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Horrible do not recommend moving here unless you want to have to call and have no one answer all the time about your garbage being taken out while paying $35 a month for valet trash to come and get your garbage. When you ask them to stop charging you for it since it happens less than half the days they say they won’t remove it and to call them if it’s not picked up. They also do not post rent the day it’s due which causes issues and stress. Super frustrating

Fantastic experience: Well I took my old review down because the manager Melissa and I finally met and set down and had a heart to heart talk respectfully. Negative experience: PLEASE PEOPLE STOP MOVING OUT THESE APARTMENTS !!!! The owner doesn’t really care he just sees a way to make extra money from military and low income people! The managers nickel and dime you for THINGS they are supposed to fix… at what point do you really start caring. Demand a walk through inspection when you move out or they will charge you for stuff you know was on them! I wish I can post my move in and move out videos . They took deposit and wanted more like who does that.

Negative experience: if i could give 0 stars i would, this place is filthy and infested with soooo many roaches! its disgusting, one day i was walking in the grass where there was like a drain entry idk what u would call it but there were HUNDREDS of roaches coming in and out of it.. YUCK!! they need to focus on some serious pest control.

Fantastic experience: I have been living at Grove for about 8 months now, anytime I put a maintenance request in it gets handled within 24 to 48 hours depending on the severity. Whenever I go to the office I get nothing but assistance and nothing short of professionalism and the best customer service I've ever had or experienced in an apartment complex. Lilly is very informative and always has an answer for everything and if she doesn't she gets back really quick to make sure any issue is resolved immediately. I absolutely love Grove apartments and would highly recommend to anybody looking to move here.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, maintenance is always timely with their repairs. The last time I had an issue with my bath tub not draining and the faucet not turning off they ran from across the complex just to help me out. Affordable and pet friendly 10/10 highly recommend.

Negative experience: Reference for April Morrison .. Me & my niece just moved in yesterday love the place staff was nice but the leasing agent Lisa didn’t communicate we were supposed to move in yesterday .They didn’t even give us a tour of this place just gave us the keys .. we walked it it looks great everything works but there’s no locks on any door except one next they didn’t clean at all the baseboards nasty the toilet inside wasn’t cleaned .. pee on the side of the wall of a toilet .. baseboards needed to be clean ..burnt stain on top of the sink .. yellow stuff above the shower.. a screen out of a window. A lock missing . Toilet leaking .. walls and base boards bad .. oven dirty and dishwasher dirty..someone who just moved in all this should’ve been handles already . Black bugs.. other then that apartment is big & spacious

Negative experience: This place is absolutely terrible, me and my wife moved in this year and we can’t wait to get on out of this place. They expect you to pay rent on time but don’t even post the rent on time in order for us to pay it, they literally want you to pay late fees and make you pay more. Hot water has been an issue since we moved in, apparently they had “fixed” the issue and it still doesn’t work. We have to reset the hot water every time we want/need hot water. Doors suck, don’t even close fully, some lights don’t work. They charge you for stuff twice, sometimes more than twice. Rude management, literally knocked on our door very early in the morning so loud to tell us that we didn’t pay rent just for us to show them a receipt that we did pay it. They don’t keep track of anything and then tell us that we paid stuff late or didn’t even pay when we did. Only one way to pay rent now, and they charge you a convenience fee for it, how convenient. This place is absolutely garbage and i recommend NO ONE to move into these apartments, terrible community, people don’t even respect quiet hours, random people just using the pool because the gate doesn’t even work. They don’t care to fix anything, anybody can just come through the gate and just walk around and do what they please. Seen many homeless people in the laundry room just looking in the washers and dryers. Peoples cars get robbed, seems like almost every month since the gate doesn’t work. “Valet Trash” should be an option, sometimes they don’t even come pick up the trash from your door and it just piles up and they tell US to go throw it away and clean it up when we literally pay for it”valet trash”. DONT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love living at The Grove of Killeen! The new management is awesome – they really take care of us tenants and it shows. Maintenance gets done fast and they actually listen when you have concerns. One of my favorite things is how they host monthly activities for the residents. It makes it feel like more than just an apartment complex, it feels like a real community. It’s nice to finally be somewhere that’s fun, welcoming, and well taken care of. So glad I made the move here – The Grove is definitely a place worth calling home!

Negative experience: The apartment itself is good for the most part. However, we have had constant issues with maintenance and the office staff. My husband and I moved in here in June and it has just been constant issues. First off, I wanna say that me and my husband have both been calling the office throughout and nobody ever answers the phone, even when I drive by and see that they’re open and the staff is sitting in there. Anyway, our kitchen leaked with dirty water from the upstairs neighbor, and their way of “fixing it” was taking off the cover of the pipe in front of our building, so now all that dirty water leaks out right next to our front door and constantly smells like sewage and attracts constant bugs to our apartment. They then said the contractor would be out to punch a hole in the wall under the sink to fix the pipe and permanently fix the issue, but the contractor has never come out. We have a hole in our ceiling above the A/C unit they said they would fix and now are saying they can’t fix it for at least a month due to “not having the right equipment,” so ice is dropping in the A/C unit and water just drips from the hole in the ceiling. I have address the fact that the doors and windows are not completely sealed and they all leak when it rains, which they said they would come out and fix over a month ago and still have not. And to top it off, staff had added a random extra $1000 to our rent and said they would have it removed from the app so we can pay rent, and never had it fixed and just sent out an email saying we will be evicted if we don’t pay it. Then I go into the office about it and the staff copped an attitude with me and lied saying she “told me I could pay rent in the form a check” which she only told me I could pay the $51 I owe from the deposit in a check, not the rent as well. If she would have stated that in the previous visit I had to the office, this wouldn’t have been an issue but here we are. We moved in here because multiple people said it was a good apartment and on the more affordable side and staff were great and helpful. But it’s hard for them to be helpful when they don’t respond on the app nor answer the phones when we call.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! The Grove Killeen has been, by far, the worst place I’ve lived in Texas. Customer service is awful—rude, unprofessional staff with no willingness to help. During the summer, the A/C constantly broke down and it would take them up to two weeks to fix it, while we suffered through the extreme heat. The buildings are in poor condition and maintenance is nearly nonexistent. But the worst part: they’re dishonest. My lease ended over a year ago and they still haven’t returned my security deposit. We’ve followed up several times, but they either delay with excuses or simply ignore us. We’re now considering filing a formal complaint with the proper authorities, because this goes beyond bad management—it’s a complete lack of respect for tenants. Don’t make the mistake of living here. There are far better options in Killeen.

Negative experience: You have people leaving their clothes in the dryer and washing machine for hours or days. Those clothes in the back corner been there since last week. Nobody should be living in squalor. This is sad and I don’t even know if it’s the management or the people but we’re all adults and it’s disgusting.

Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The buildings need work the patio is unsafe / shaking. The gate Is broken. Shots at night plus New management /Monica in office are just flat out weird. We’re paying $35 a month for trash to sit for days. If you want to be ripped off MOVE IN, If not take your time and find another place. My husband is military and we thought we could save money while waiting for a GOOD HOUSE …Wrong! this place is a waste of money, time, and energy. Mind you I’m 5 moths pregnant and these people stressed me out while he was away.

Negative experience: When I first moved here I did I didn't felt secure. There were security gates and was one of the main reasons I moved into these apartments. In the last 7-9 mos it has become unfavorable and more corrupt behavior around. My apt has been broken into, made a report to local Barney Fiffs (Local Killeen Police Department) and was disregarded as if it did not matter, tried to make me feel like I was wasting their time to even make the report and at the time I had a foster child in my custody. The gates are no longer working, management keeps changing, seems like there is a different story every month or 2, turn around in management is ridiculous at this point, no consistency and keep changing their apt Portal. And this property management has several properties under their belt and all inconsistent. Charge trash valet and extra trash charges, inconsistent in water usage and I know this for a fact bc there is only one in my apt and I know I don't use over $100 in water for a month and half the time I am not home. A lot of charges that don't even make sense when you track them and audit charges monthly.

Positive experience: We have lived here since May of 2022 and we have had our fair share of property mangers (7) and I have to say that with all the changes and some improvements that the owners have done have made it nicer. The most recent change was new management company and Monica by far has gone above and beyond for us and helping us in the transition of management companies. She has listened, empathized with our frustrations from previous management and had made our transition a positive experience. Thank you Monica for making things less stressful for us!!! Positive experience: My wife and I have been at the Grove since Oct 2022 and it has been an overall decent experience…I say decent because it has changed staff and ownership every 6 months(seems like) and that staff and ownership created a different environment(with some being good and some being just straight up bad) with each switch up. The latest staff and ownership that have taken over is by far the BEST because they truly care about the community and people. I want to give a special shout out to Monica…she truly has a heart for the people♥️ Nothing changes overnight but I am glad positive changes are being made☺️

Negative experience: Literally they just towed my car I’ve been a resident out here for 2 years never late on my rent never complain about all the stuff that is wrong in this complex… but now I’m mad! Start by saying towing cars but not providing the lease supported items… Pest control Cable Trash Gate security front and back Laundry Maintenance With now relief on the rent which for me is $1300 a month for a two Bedroom All the things I’ve mentioned through the past few months… While they have transferred agencies atleast 4 times since I’ve been out here! I’ve been a renter for over half my life so about 25 years and by far this is the worst experience I’ve ever had! Negative experience: Lived here for almost 3 yrs... maintenance has definitely went downhill...they don't fix much and when they do the bare minimum they make excuses...the quality of the work is not good, and instead of replacing worn doors or cabinets they jus fix it long enough to hold and it breaks again. Have had a horrible smell in my fridge, put in work order and they send the one that can't smell apparently to fix the problem....ask them to replace and they ignore. Btw, my fridge still hasn't been fixed after a week. Manager and owners are changing for the 3rd time since I've been here. Pay for dumpsters and trash pick up. Half the time trash isn't picked up. Property is messy with trash everywhere, laundry room is filthy, and there are nails sticking up around our building stairwells and wood is loose which can cause a bad accident. Once again we are getting new management so I hope and Pray we see a change. The rent is outrageous for the way the residents live and are treated. I could go on and on about alot but Im tired of typing. Hope things change for the better. Oh, one more thing...the gate still doesn't work....you'd think as much as we pay the property management could fix something.....they say to go to the office to discuss issue where NOTHING gets done.

Negative experience: It's been almost a month and I don't have a working refrigerator. My lights are out in the bathrooms and hallway making it hard to see. My heater hasn't worked properly since before Thanksgiving break, and NO ONE has even been to look at the issue! Turned in multiple work orders and nothing. Went to the office again yesterday only to be put off again. The new Manager has quit for the 5th time since I've been here. Spoke with another resident who was moving saying her apartment flooded and even though there's insurance in place it only covers the unit. The plumbing has been an issue every since I have been a resident. These apartments are getting worse. Another friend of mine hasn't had hot water in a week. Apparently the whole unit is out. The post before stated the gate has been fixed, IT HASNT!!! ITS COLD outside and yet no one cares!!!! They will lie and say their working on improving the resident living here but their not! DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!!! Oh, I will state again I haven't had a working refrigerator in almost a month....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Owner called me from his cellphone and acted surprised, by the way his phone is a NY number. He called and texted me all day. Then said don’t call, when the phone is working they’ll call me. Positive experience: In my time of staying at the grove I had a very enjoyable time, the issues were decently resolved by the maintenance the main person I would ask for is Tyrone, he was quick and efficient and made sure the gym and pool was always taken care of, this is a nice first stop for soldier's.

Negative experience: I have lived here for nearly a year now. Here's a rundown on how things will go if you move in here. 1) Maintenance will get pushed back multiple times. (I've had to wait 2+ months and at least 5 phone calls just to get things done.) 2) Management will inevitably change (on our 3rd set in my year here so far.) 3) Pool will be open and closed multiple times during the summer 4) Office staff doesn't seem to want to do anything to help 5) If you request them to spray the apartment for bugs, don't expect them to send anyone out. (They're supposed to have a crew come once a week on the property and you're supposed to request. Apparently they come on Mondays, but last Monday, after my request, I was home for the day, and did not have the pest control come) 2 weeks in a row now. 6) I had a leaking A/C that took multiple weeks to get addressed 7) Upon moving in, the kitchen was missing drawers, the fridge was FILLED with gnats, it just feels as though they don't care about the place. Also those missing drawers are "replaced" now, but they're unusable because they never bothered to come mount it to the rail system inside. 8) One of the main reasons I moved into this complex was because they had a gate up front. It has been out of commission for ~4 months now. Who knows when they'll fix it. Overall, I couldn't, in good faith, recommend this apartment to anyone. During my time here, to get anything done by the staff, it feels like I have to pull teeth, each and every single time. Forgot to add, they've changed the towing company twice since

Negative experience: Update review : 8/7/24 Was told by the owner to give the grove office a call and of course I’ve been trying for two weeks and nothing . I’m so tired of the owner responding to peoples reviews and him being useless. Said it wasn’t broken when clearly it is and maintenance actually broken even more when they came the day before. I’ve sent videos to Melissa and have made multiple attempts to get in contact with the office to resolve this is a safety hazard for my family and especially my two daughters. I have reached out to code enforcement in the city of Killeen hoping to resolve this issue since the owner and Melissa are not doing anything about it. They are so focused on renting out units maintenance putting up balloons near the gate when they should be fixing the gate and working on the work orders, honestly pathetic. 7/19/2024 CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE , DO NOT MOVE HERE this place is so much worse than my previous review . I don’t think it could get any worse . Malissa the manager or whoever she is , is so not customer service oriented and has no empathy for the issues that arise . I have kids and my sliding glass door is off the track falling off , my first bathroom toilet paper holder is falling off for the 3 rd time after maintenance came by to “fix it “ . This place is so trashy ! Not to mention me paying pest control every month and then not showing up and Mellisa saying “ya I’m not sure why they didn’t come “ . This place is ran by a bunch of people who don’t care . When the owner came by and I spoke to him a few month back he mentioned getting this place better , but all he did was hire newbies and make it worse . Cannot wait to leave this place ! Looks can be deceiving . Jasmine is useless and just nice to get you to move in . Beware of this place ! Maintenance barely knows how to do work orders properly . The office staff changes frequently and like mentioned jasmine is a horrible addition to the Grove . I definitely miss Sarah she was the only one who cared about the places , and did her absolute best to hold the place down . The pool has been like this for weeks now thankfully asset living manager in the office has been somewhat helpful . Also cars being towed by LEONS tow company and being a complete scam and illegally towing others cars . It’s ridiculous really praying it gets better ! We pay wayyy to much for this place to not be held up to the standards

Negative experience: Edit: My only real issue with this apartment is not the staff but the residents. I love the staff and maintenance team. Buttt I absolutely HATE, the laundry room area. Not only is it always dirty due to the residents not cleaning up after themselves and bugs but after SPENDING MONEY to wash multiple loads of clothes, driving back and forth, going up and forth down stairs.. there’s impatient and inconsiderate residents who think it’s okay to take WET clothes out of the dryer that DONT belong to them. You come back moments later and your clothes stink like outdoors like you never washed them now you have to spend MORE money to rewash them bc someone decided their lack of planning and patience constituted an emergency and at the expense of me. One time someone even stole my daughters huge comforter out of the dryer and I have even been in the room while someone was taking peoples clothes out of the washing machines and putting them on the tables he reasoning was “their taking too long” all I said was “if you’re gonna take their clothes out put it in the dryer for them..nothing wrong with being kind they probably have other things on their plate and forgot” I’m SOOOOOOO happy to be moving out of here soon to something better and worth the price. Some of the residents are so inconsiderate. Please. If you are going to turn the water off, notify the residents it affects and have an ETA so that we can plan properly. The water has been off literally all day it is now 8pm still no water, we have kids to feed and bathe to get ready for school. Please be considerate, I call the office and emergency line and no one has an eta on when the water will be back on. That’s really unacceptable. Imagine how uncomfortable we are. Imagine how after a long day we cannot bathe, use the toilets, cook etc.

Negative experience: Edit: I'm updating my review because unfortunately I'm displeased with The Grove following my move-out. I ended my lease early to purchase a home. Continued payments according to the agreement. Once my contract had ended and my acct had a balance of $0 and was shutdown by the office I thought everything had settled. Come to find 5 months later they sold and outstanding payment of $424 to a debt collection agency which couldn't get ahold of me while I was at NTC. Now my credit has been damaged. At no point did The Grove try to contact me prior to selling this debt. So since The Grove hurt my credit I'll hurt their reviews. Below is my review prior to this and I'll leave it to as is unedited. I lived here from June 2022-March 2023. I recommend asking about APT 1109 as I am moving out soon. Third Floor apartment overlooking the park, lots of sunlight, freshly renovated, and largest balcony at the complex. Old reviews when this was the summerlyn apartments were worrying but the renovation pictures were promising. I am GLAD I chose The Grove! This place is on the up and up. Management and the front office is kind and cares. They don't only say they're gonna fix something but it actually gets done. Since I moved in here the pool has opened, the gate has been set-up and working, a brand new fitness center opened (24/7 with all new gear. Enough to get a solid workout in), a dog park was built, visitor parking was created, and they're currently renovating the bball court. Management is investing in this place and my 2bedroom renovated apartment is sweet at an excellent price. I am 8 minutes away from two gates to 3CR. As military personnel this complex is available to you and I 100% recommend. Maintenance is friendly, hardworking, and quick to respond. The maintenance lead is dedicated to doing a quality job. Again I definitely recommend coming here. I do not regret it!

Negative experience: Loved living here, the apartment is updated and nice! ONE VERYIMPORTANT DETAIL. Pay attention to the bill when rent comes out. My lease is not due to end until December of 2025 and they keep trying to increase my rent and make me sign a new lease, because THEY messed up and made and signed a 3 year lease. Every other month they try to get me to pay a 200$ month to month charge and go in and sign a new lease to increase my rent by 100$. IT HAS BEEN A FIGHT to get the leasing office to work with me with the LEGAL binding document that was signed. I have contacted a lawyer and hope to not have to pursue further action. JUST BE CAUTIOUS... I would look at living elsewhere!

Negative experience: pool super dirty, water was green and with algae. it was said to be clean but the walls still have green stuff on them. $35 dollars for valet trash yet i take the trash out myself. laundry room has 8 washers and 4 of them are broken, same with the dryers. the management or asset living need to start turning the place around before things escalate. the amount of money they ask is not worth it

Negative experience: They throw away stuff I put aside for families that need it . They have thrown toys away baby formula and even more , good quality stuff away . Maintenance is quick to throw it away as if they don’t have kids themselves but will have the back of the property looking horrible for 2 months now and even transfer stuff from the front of the property and put in in the back . Also the office has ignored my wife’s calls regarding the pool with algae and being so green they said they cleaned it but yet have not or it wouldn’t be so green and have so many leafs . A pool should NOT be green! It makes sense as to why they got rid of the second pool they had because maintenance isn’t educated on cleaning it and keeping it clean . Honestly ridiculous especially paying the price people do ! More than other places even a house in Killeen ! Our hopes were so high for this place when Sarah was here but since she left it’s been so down hill . Asset living is not good for this place all they care about it money and getting the apartments filled . Still wondering why we pay $35 for “valet trash “ yet the garbages are all over the property and make it look even worse than it already is . Anyways don’t move here ! It’s better to get a house that’s way cheaper than these places for even apartment that nicer than this place and cheaper

The maintenance team does pick up grounds every day, please let me know where you are leaving these items for other people. The bulk trash area is in the back of the property, that is where the city knows to pick up from so that is where we have to place these items. I have sent messages out to the property to make sure they place their items there and when they do not, we have to move them. Negative experience: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! When we signed the lease we were happy to come, but on our move in date my husband picked up our keys and went to the apartment and it wasn’t even ready, it was trashed and the cleaning ladies had just got there so we had to wait until 8:00 at night to finally move in. Next thing we noticed was a bunch of things in the apartment were not even ready for move in, the air filter wasn’t changed out, there were roaches everywhere, the bathroom vent didn’t have a cover, the closet doors were broken lights we had weren’t working, cabinets in the kitchen were not fixed, front door lock was not updated! Also be careful and make sure that you get a guest parking sticker that does not expire until they give you your actual window stickers for parking. My car got towed the fourth day of us living here because my parking sticker slide down a bit on the dash and they couldn’t see the whole sticker… either way I couldn’t get a new sticker because the apartments were closed the day before. Towing company there will also check your entire car and we caught them one night snooping around our car, went to confront him and he just walked away and ignored us. The walls here are super super thin, we hear our neighbors every move. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!! It’s not worth it. I just got married and thought that moving to The Grove apartments would be the perfect place to start with us being young, but this place just isn’t a good place to call home for however long you need.

Positive experience: ATTENTION ANYONE LIVING HERE OR MOVING HERE‼️ the towing company preys and practices illegal towing methods (Leon’s wrecker service). please please please, be aware of were you park and were your car is at all times if you don’t have a resident permit. the amount charged by the towing company is ridiculous (300+). they always come at night and with their lights off so you don’t notice them

Fantastic experience: The new management at the Grove is great! They actually answer the phone, they take care of maintenance issues and try to work with you. Heather is a great change of pace for the apartment complex from the last ones before the change in ownership.

Negative experience: I would never recommend this apartment complex ever. Especially if your military. Random charges, late fees are insane!, billing off the charts… strongly recommend not to live here at all costs

Negative experience: The water was shut off for over 12 hours without an eta, or any prior notice. It’s inhumane to jack up rent hundreds of dollars and sticking the residents here in this sort of living conditions. Not to mention the gunshots you hear almost every night, car break ins, and overall lack of safety and care. The renovations are nice, but other than that I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Unfortunately, due to the extent of the repair needed, we were not able to provide an ETA. They did work diligently all night to get the repair made as fast as possible, and the water to the property back on. Resident satisfaction is extremely important to us. Negative experience: I have lived in the building for five years and for the first time management is a complete lie and mess. We have fees on our account from a water leak in the building. Management sent out one notice of the over charges. We're going on the second month with this error and there have not been any updates on when it will be fixed. Sarah is by far the worst manager ever. I lost a total of 5 blinds which maintenance said I would get Monday and never brought them. I waited until Wednesday just to be told by Sarah that I would have to pay for them through the apartment or go to home depot. Literally I don't touch the blinds because that area is blocked. When I asked why when there are neighbors who were not charged, and there was no negligence on my part. At that time she stated she would not charge me this time and when I asked for something documented stating I would not be charged she said no legally it couldn't be done. I feel as though it's retaliation because she continued to tell me the extra fees for the water bill error would be off and when I asked for a breakdown in black and white she said no but after I asked multiple times for my proof and peace of mind she was able to do what I basically bbegged for. Sarah need to go and we need management that actually cares. Also I had a leak from my water heater which maintenance said could have been due to the wrong filter being put in which was done by the previous maintenance or because there was blockage remember i been here for 5 years again Sarah informed she could have charged me for the maintenance. As long as Sarah is management I say stay away.

Hello Monita. Thank you for meeting with me on the 4th to discuss your ledger. I apologize the statement I typed up for you could not include the water bill credits. Unfortunately, all water billing is handled by The City of Killeen Utility Billing, and I do not know how much or when those credits will be distributed. As an act of goodwill, I did waive the charges for the blinds, but it is stated in the lease agreement that tenants are financially responsible for any items that need to be replaced inside the unit. We are sorry that you feel this way and would be happy to meet with you again at any time to discuss your concerns.

Negative experience: Moved here a year ago from Utah. We signed the lease for one unit for them to call 2 days before the move and said the apartment won’t be ready for another 7 days. Put my husband and I in a bind since we had already booked movers, a uhaul and my mom helped drive a vehicle down so we booked her a flight back to Utah the day after we were going to be in the apartment. So called back and said that we can’t wait since canceling all the movers and rescheduling a flight was outside of our budget. They got us into another unit however it was $50 more per month and they refused to lower the rent to the original lease. When we got there the dishwasher wasn’t working, it was supposedly less that a year old, missing blind rods in the blinds, several door frames chewed on from dogs throughout the apartment, bathroom faucet to the bath tub constantly on ( we ended up having it drip) when we took the move in paperwork with all the items that needed to be fixed they said it would be fixed in the first month. Took 2.5 months to get a working dishwasher and that was the only thing fixed. On move out they tried to charge us for all the damage listed above, i asked for a copy of the move in inspection it was magically lost. Luckily I had taken pictures of all the damage when we moved in that I showed them on my phone with the time stamp to get our deposit back and not billed the rest of it to us. In the six months we lived here management changed twice.
