Fantastic experience: Micah Woodward is one of the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with (which is saying something, because I have been blessed to work with multiple excellent real estate agents over the years). In this instance, I had a narrow window of time in which to house-hunt, and thanks to working with Micah, finding a house took even less time and effort than I had anticipated, and we closed with plenty of time to get things set up for the move. When I arrived in town, she had already lined up an efficient itinerary of houses that would meet my needs in the price range that I could afford, and we were able to view them quickly. As a side note, her prior experience as a property manager serves her well when evaluating homes for prospective purchasers. Micah’s communication by text and phone was excellent throughout the process, both leading up to the viewings, and the purchase process. She always got documents to me for signature in a timely manner. She also advocated for myself and my family in the back-and-forth leading up to final closing, and I’m not exaggerating when I estimate that her input saved us at least $7,000-$10,000 (probably more). She will be the first agent I call to coordinate with if/when I and my family move again. 10/10, Five Stars, and A+.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are so grateful we found Karen with Cloud Real Estate! We are first time homebuyers and she helped us every step of the way and never hesitated to answer any questions we had- even the questions I asked that I thought were too silly to even bother asking, she welcomed! We weren’t looking for a starter home, but our forever home and she helped us sift through all the available properties and kept us hopeful even when we thought we weren’t going to find what we wanted. We indeed found exactly what we wanted and I don’t think we would have if it wasn’t for all of Karen’s help, hard work, and expertise! She made the home buying process so much less stressful! She’s not pushy, she let us take the lead in our search and when we wanted to take a break from looking because we weren’t having much luck, she completely understood and would check in on us every few weeks and never made us feel pressured to move forward on things when we weren’t sure or weren’t ready- which is something we’ve encountered before with someone else at a different company and that almost turned us off to buying a home all together, but luckily we found Karen and she turned it around for us and made the process not only bearable, but enjoyable! Karen was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with us in our home search; she was absolutely delightful to work with; and again, we are so glad we found her and we’re grateful that she helped us find our dream home! The only downside now that we have our home, is that we don’t get to work with her anymore- but luckily, I have family that will be moving to the area soon and we will definitely be working with Karen again when that time comes! I couldn’t recommend her or Cloud Real Estate more; and if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Negative experience: This company and Molly who ran managed this company should be in court. I'm 40 years old and I have never been so lied to, cheated, and put my family in danger like Molly and this company did when we moved in in March to one of their rentals. Molly is a crook and should never do property management again. And fyi this company asked us to take our original review down because it affected their image, but they did nothing to fix or correct the wrongs Cloud Real Estate and Molly and her team did.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Cloud Real Estate for the last 8 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire company. Had a home that was rented since 2015 with Molly Repasch and she took exceptional care of the property. Selected great tenants, tenant turn around was very quick, repairs done quickly, tax documents available far ahead of the legal deadline, great communication, and an all around pleasure to work with. When I decided to sell in 2022, I worked with Karen Young and again a great experience. Karen helped facilitate repairs on the home to prepare for the sale (which many agents don't do), listed and got us several offers at our aggressive listing price. She is professional, always available even with a time difference and knows the local market very well. All around great experience and would recommend this company to anybody looking to buy/sell/invest in the Killeen/Central Texas area.

Negative experience: *Update: Micro management is settling in for 2023… they will drive by and give you a 24 hour notice to cut the grass or they will do it. At your cost of course. I bet they have a nice deal with a landscaper. Not to mention increasing our rent after 1 year, waiting to see if this will be a yearly thing. Old review: So far so good. They have been friendly and helpful. They also respond very quickly to maintenance/work orders.

Negative experience: Typical rental company that makes things up to take your money. Thankful that I was able to deal with the homeowner directly instead of them while living there. These companies need to be watched more. They feed on those unable to buy their own home after the rental companies bought all the homes in an area and inflated prices. Trash company, just like the rest. Look at their Yelp page for more reviews.

Negative experience: I wasn't impressed with how my family and I were treated in person. I've also never had realtors avoid giving tours of their properties. Just gave us keys to a few places and let us go on our own. (One of the properties, the keys were incorrect. Another property had homeless people staying there.) We shall not return until a friendlier business regimen is implemented.

Negative experience: This company is horrible!! Molly the property manager evicted me without a lease and I was no longer in the property!! I lived in the place from 2016 - 2020, I left the property in December 2020 and I moved back to South Carolina, spoke with Molly before and after I left the property and let her know I was leaving/gone and she somehow got Judge Cook to sign an eviction in January 12, 2021, knowing I was no longer in the property. The eviction even states they had to forcibly remove me from the property when I had already been in South Carolina for almost a month!! The best part of the eviction was I knew nothing about it, they changed dates, and it was supposed to be a telephone call court hearing!!

Fantastic experience: At a time when the status of rentals is changing daily, the team at Cloud Real Estate helped us transition to a new place quickly. Our personal dealings were with Jessica D. As we were in our last month of residency in our old place, I was texting regularly to check our status on specific homes we were looking to rent. She was always polite and gave us up to date information every time, until our situation was settled, which did not take long. We really appreciated her professionalism and the work she did on our behalf, as well as that of the rest of the team. I would also add that all the houses we visited from their postings were well-cleaned and inviting despite their age (in some cases). The same could be said of their offices, which always made us feel at ease. They appear to take a professional pride in their work, from presentation to service. Fantastic experience: I was loading aluminum cans into my truck from my garage. I left my lift gate up while I pulled out slowly, but snagged the wiper on the lip of the garage Door! OUCH! It didn't do any serious damage. I mean if you consider the tracks being warped, so that the wheels in the tracks would no longer remain in the tracks. The door wouldn't shut straight without leaving a gap at the bottom. I felt it was much worse than it, apprantly was! Long story short: I called maintenance and they sent out A1 Overhead Doors. I thought under prepared, but had the door repaired before I finished watching my show. I recommend A1 Overhead Doors.

Negative experience: Managers do not listen to customers. They are quick to jump to conclusions. EDIT: it was the owner who wasn't listening. She was more worried about me doing damage to the apartment and not what the actual tenant was doing. The videos are better...this was damage done by the tenant and being blamed on ne.. she should be more worried about the fire hazard her ten years nt is providing. The entire apartment is unsafe.
