Negative experience: Lived in the property for a whole year lease (not on lease) lease was in gfs name at the time she ended up moving out, I was in the process of moving out a few days later when the “property owner” not realtor came to the house and told me I had to leave in the rudest way possible because he had the deed to the house I didn’t, umm excuse me sir I am a tenant here with mail coming to this address and you need to properly evict me for me to leave since you want to be rude. He ended up having my car towed off the property, took down my camera and threw it in the trash can. Monday morning I get to the property with my things still inside along with the person who goes to check out what needs to be done to get the place ready to rent out, he tells me I need to leave I can’t be there while he is there, ok I leave, I go back the next day for my things and for some odd reason my daughters black vanity was missing from her room well I didn’t take it and someone from that company was in there looking through things. So for that I have to say 1 star and very rude staffing. (If you’re living there with somebody who is leasing the property, it’s very likely you’re a guest, but could be a tenant after a longer period of time (say, 30 days), but you’d be a sub-let (or sub-tenant) to the original tenant. This would probably be putting the other person who is under a lease in violation of their lease. The same legal process would likely apply as it would for a “tenant at will” (required 30 to 60 day notice to quit) if you’ve been there 30 days or more.) Oh and fyi KPD arrested her back in December 2024 for assaulting me with a deadly weapon, she must of left that part out but for some reason stayed until the lease was up to move out ♂️
Dear Mr. TwoShanez, I think you're forgetting to mention that your gf, or now ex gf, left the property because she was afraid of you and "what you might do" do to your continued aggressive physical behavior. Also, you are forgetting to mention that the Killeen Police Department was present and that we were 100% prepared to file an eviction on you since you were squatting in a property that was not leased to you after the leased tenant surrendered the property. You also fail to mention that we knocked and rang the door bell obnoxiously for over 30 mins to notify that you needed to vacate the property, but yet you didn't hear that, but only came out when the tow truck came. The camera that was taken down was unlawfully attached to the property and had to be taken down since it didn't initially convey with the property. Your vehicle was indeed towed since you were squatting in the property and the Killeen Police Department did in fact confirm that we were in our legal right to do so. No one took any of your personal property, as anything that you left was deemed trash and put out to the curb. By your actions alone, you've costed our client hundreds of dollars in lost rent and repairs. Thanks for your unwarranted feedback and we hope that you are working on your physical and emotional aggression and not illegally squatting in any other properties that you have no legal rights to.

Fantastic experience: While I was out of the house a Linnemann agent, Laura, came by and upset my roommate by waking the baby here and disregarded basic human respect for a mother with a few months old baby. We had called ahead asking for a heads up before anyone came here to ensure this situation would not happen. My roommate did inform me of the second agent Victoria who was very accommodating and made a stressful situation better. So 5 stars for Victoria.

Fantastic experience: I have mixed feelings on Linnemann Reality based off their employees. I requested at least 30mins of a heads up to come do their required walk though because of my baby. I also requested not to ring the door bell. Not only did Laura not reach out to inform me of her arrival time, she also rang my door bell. I answered an informed her of the door bell and courtesy call an she became rude an aggressive. She demanded to know if I'd let her in an didn't allow me to answer before she left. So to Laura, who ever hurt you, they arnt a reason to act out towards others. I called the office an they sent Victoria over who is my new hero she didn't ding my dong (doorbell) and wake the baby she both texted and called so I was able to keep my baby asleep and have the door open and ready for her to do her job. She was quiet and quick so this 5 stars is for her and her alone. I'll pray for you though Laura.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used this company as our property manager for 4+ years and never had an issue! I was recommended to Jeff who has been taking care of my property and family since 2021. They are a great company to keep your property protected and imo one of the best leasing companies to get a contract with a renter. Never had any issues with our renters and they are the prefect middle man to keep the home owners protected as well as the leasing tenants safe and secure. Negative experience: Linnemann realty is real money hungry heartless tolls. If I could I would give them a half of star why because they love to take over people in need.they problems get worse by charging 2 to 3 thousand dollars for nothing they just took over my property. Not only does my property look bad. It now looks worse and it really does look like we live in an abandoned building. These people do not care about your problems. They only care about how much money they can make off of you. I'm supposed to be paying 850 instead of 850.I'm now paying nine fifty in the rent is only eight fifty. So glad that I will be moving. If I had to choose a good place to rent from, I would start with star point realities or Home team realty
Shannon let's be very clear about your grievance. According to the lease that YOU signed, it clearly states that you will be fined $400 for each pet violation. On September 27th we inspected the home and found 5 un authorized cats. You even acknowledged in writing that you were wrong and in violation of the your lease, and even asked to to work with you to provide a payment plan in which we did and then you agreed to, and now you can't abide by. We have been managing the property you are currently residing in since this August 2025 and you have lived in there since 2022. The reason why it probably looks bad is because of you and the way that you have it unkempt inside your dwelling. That and having 5 unauthorized cats probably doesn't help the the condition of that home either. Your rent is actually $845 per month, however you did have to pay for a repair that you were responsible for from when the other property management company had control and that is why you had to pay extra this past month. Remember, if you break something in the home that you are renting, it is your responsibility to pay for it as that only makes sense. You are currently behind on rent and we are more than happy to pursue and file for eviction. Please remember that an eviction will remain on your record and any unpaid rents or debts will reflect directly on your rental history and as you continue to rent and we will disclose to any future landlord that you do owe us money. Please ensure all balances are paid or they will be sent to collections.

Fantastic experience: Updated Review- we have been in the home now for almost 6 months roughly and just had our first walk through from the company. Everything was great. Laura was very respectful. I work from home so she was very considerate of that while completing her inspection. Very responsive to any questions or concerns. Scott was quick to coordinate with between viewing the property, questions, and paperwork. Very easy, personable, and reasonable to work with.

Negative experience: Absolutely BRUTAL. They are very poor at responding, charged us for unnecessary costs at move out from the previous tenants. It was in horrible shape when we moved in then somehow we get charged for the previous tenants issues and damage. I contacted them about the sprinklers system being broken through their portal as instructed and they never replied at all for months. Followed up with no response, due to this I called someone to get it fixed and turns out it needed over $1900 in repairs which is now not being reimbursed. They acknowledged they didn’t reply, tried to call someone and they didn’t reply and then just left it in my hands. As a tenant I want to ensure the place is in good shape and all the grass would have died which would have been a worse expense and more headache. There was a broken fence also they said would be fixed at the beginning of our move and it never was. They do not care about you, they say they will contact the owner and never do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ITS NOT WORTH IT
Mr. Parker, Please understand that the move in condition form that you submitted does not reflect in any way shape or form of the "horrible shape" that you are describing. You in turn took it upon yourself to have a non emergency repair done on the property without allowing the owner to receive multiple estimates and that bill in question is billed to you in your name and is there for your responsibility to reconcile. Please feel free to have your legal council contact ours for any further matters.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting with Linnemann Reality for almost 4 years now and I’ve had zero issues. My maintenance request are always handled in a timely manner, and any issues I’ve experienced has been addressed and resolved by Mary the maintenance manager almost ASAP. I’ve also had great experiences with Leticia throughout my rental history! Everyone’s very knowledgeable and I love how they continue to treat you fair even AFTER you sign the lease.. I’ve had bad experiences with previous agencies getting snobby after the lease is signed, but the care here has always been 5 star from the beginning. I’m not going to Jinx it, but I’m glad to say I’ve had zero issues with my home and the people running it. I’ve been homeschooling my kids and working from home for years and they’ve made my living process so easy.

Negative experience: I'm so disappointed in my brief experience as a veteran and one who has worked in real estate and customer service I will not be recommending Linnemann to any of my vet, family or friends. Saw a rental available in copperas cove it was sitting at 75 days or so, price came down to 2400$ a month more then what we were wanting but look like it may be worth it went and seen it in person. Call the office to see options on it would the owners be looking to sell soon maybe be open to an option to purchase or something. Crystal said the leasing agent would be able to answer that once you apply I asked is there were applicants pending she stated no. Filled everything out paid the 120$ in application fees, sent letter of benefit, pay stubs, and LES. Next day get any email stating denied due to my partners credit and owing another rental company which was from a previous marriage that he thought was handle he went and paid it on the spot. I called the leasing agent Sonya Shirley no answer left a voicemail, sent a emailed asking if I remove him and we show proof it's paid what options do we have? Next day she sends an email back no options the denial stands as is! Horrible not once she at least pick up the phone and have a conversation, or call and say this house is not an options but let me send you some others absolutely nothing! I still in shock I hope the Owners get their place rented but they may need to switch companies! I heard the stories about this team and company but finally experienced. Avoid Updating to show proof he paid the other rental company that was in question. And no one said veteran status had anything to do with getting the house more on how we treat people. They were quick to respond to a review but couldn’t called and have a conversation with a person!
Veteran status is not a determining factor in our tenant screening process. All applications are evaluated solely based on financial qualifications, including credit history, rental history, and verifiable income. We apply these standards consistently to every applicant to ensure we are protecting the interests of the property owners we represent.
In your case, your partner owes over $800 to a previous landlord, and his credit score is significantly below our minimum threshold. You asked whether paying the outstanding balance would change the outcome, but the answer remains no—it would not alter the fact that his credit score still poses a financial risk. As a result, we cannot consider his income in your application.
Your own credit score also falls into a high-risk category, and your income alone does not meet our qualifying standards for the home you applied for. Therefore, your household does not qualify.
Additionally, we will not be able to move you into any other property in our inventory because your partner would still be residing with you, and he does not meet the qualifications. Every adult 18 or older must meet the requirements individually. We cannot—and will not—approve any arrangement that would result in unauthorized occupants in a property we manage.
We have successfully placed many financially qualified veterans in homes and will continue to support the veteran community. However, financial qualifications are non-negotiable.

Fantastic experience: Such a smooth and easy process. My husband and I selected a property online, went in for the keys to view the property the next day and submitted our applications online shortly after returning the key. We were approved , paid our deposit and signed a tentative lease online. We were in contact with an agent throughout the process and any questions were quickly answered.

Fantastic experience: I came in on a Saturday and Laura And Adri were a AMAZING! They were polite and sooo helpful. I was not expecting them to be so welcoming!. If you go ask for them Also, I have been working with Holly for the process of my application and she has been MORE than helpful! Negative experience: They got me to, $50 application fee. They assured me a property was available, I applied and the property was was given to someone who had a application for another property. Because they gave the property they applied for away. Its because their unorganized and they don't take accountability! They told me I could not be refunded (for their mistake) and that I could look for another property. I dodged a bullet! The property I reviewed was also filthy, front desk assured me it would be cleaned. But it was posted online that it ready for move in. Then I come to leave my review and I see they told others the same thing but never cleaned. HAD THE SAME SITUATION HAPPEN TO ME WITH REAL STAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND THEY TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY WITH NO HASSLE. I DECIDED TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
Ms. Kiwi Strawberry, If you could please disclose your name and what property you applied for that would actually help us understand what actually happened. Properties can become unavailable at anytime as potential customers/renters apply online all the time. To be perfectly clear, we are very thorough with our screening process and if another potential tenant was approved for a property that you were interested that already had an approved application, that can happen as well seeing that we have all their criteria verified. This is why we not only tell potential tenants when they apply that speed is the key when applying, but to choose multiple properties just in case situations like that occur and we will gladly move your approved application to another property at no additional cost. Additionally, we do have final cleaning services completed for every tenant prior to their move in date as properties can sit for a little bit with a lot of potential tenants viewing it. We have no reports of a property being filthy for any of our move ins, especially recently. The application fee with any landlord is very standard practice as it does take time and resources of our staff to go through all the verification processes let it be that the tenant is approved or denied based on those findings.
Fantastic experience: Amber and Laura were wonderful. They greated us with a smile as soon as we walked in. We were about 5-10 minutes pass the closing time to return the keys and they waited for us to get there. I'm definitely hoping we kind find our next home with Linnemann Realty!!! Thank you

Negative experience: Terrible company to rent a home with. Their site says all homes available within ten days of listed available date, mine wasn’t. Once I got the keys, they didn’t work on the door, the fence in the back was missing a huge section (that was never disclosed to me), and the house was dirty with cracked floor tiles, different colored paint on the walls, and smelled like mildew. This company mandates you pay for air filters (30 bucks a month) and charges you extra to pay your rent on their app. I’d look elsewhere if I were you.

Negative experience: I have been a tenant of 1 of Linnemann’s properties for almost a year. I chose this property because of the amenities (community pool, trails and parks) but have yet to be given access to the pool. We are going on the second summer of my children not being able to access the pool. I have been in constant communication with the company requesting access and have been continuously told by Holly that they can’t get in contact with the owner of the house to provide me with a key fob or the app to gain access to the pool. After months of this same answer I spoke with her boss Leticia who told me she couldn’t do any more than Holly and referred me back down to Holly. I have since put in a work order and magically the owner can be reached to fix things with the house but not to rectify amenity access. This is poor service to a renter that wants access to something I am paying for. No compensation can be provided without the owners consent either.
Fantastic experience: During the 3 years I’ve been a tenant of Linnemann, Laura has been the employee to conduct all of the walk throughs of my home. She is very professional, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I have about my residence. We are very satisfied with our home because of great staff members like her!
