FirstService Residential, Century Village Pembroke Pines Office

Negative experience: First Service Residential should be renamed to Worst Service Residential. They will delay and avoid their duties for as long as possible until forced to respond. They evade their responsibility at every turn and then blame anything else. They treat the residents who are paying them like dirt. It is a shameful and disgusting. Property managers are disrespectful rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: The elevator at 1000sw128terrace, building v,is currently out of service.there isan illegal white BMW parked in lot v67 next to building v. Of Cambridge 1st section .

Negative experience: Totally frustrating experience, in dealing with A totally inexperienced staff. Not enough negative expletives in the English language to appropriately express my level of irritation. Zero customer service. Starting to consider selling the property .

Negative experience: They have un experienced people working here, waiting over 5 months for a Renewal and the office never has an answer. I am about to pay for an attorney.

Negative experience: Garbage company. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return voicemails. Pathetic. All should be fired.

Negative experience: Worse service . Worse customer service. I have been trying to contact somebody thru emails , phone calls and mail for almost a month and nobody have the courtesy to respond. My mother is an elderly and sick person and they don't any consideration. The manager NEVER answer. When you call FirstService they take your message and is like wasting your time. I'm very frustrated . Poor other elderly residents having similar issues having to deal with these people. I expect better service for the extremely high monthly payments for HOA.

Positive experience: I received a call from First Service residential @century Village for a water leak. I returned the call immediately to the number provided and is an answer machine that take me to another options that are completely different for the purpose of the returned called. Customer service is not easy to find or to get in touch They addressed me to another answer machine. please try to direct customers to a direct number when you make a call

Negative experience: Makes no sense to force everyone to go through Pines when there's clearly a guest entrance on Pembroke it's a waste of time to have to drive all the way around through the entire neighborhood just to get to a building that's right next to the guard house on Pembroke but I'm forced to go through Pines thanks for making me driving extra 4 miles ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

Negative experience: This is by far the worst community as far as security goes. They have people working as security guards who for the most part are uneducated or high school drop outs, that cant read, write or speak properly. They have no people skills, manners, and ethics. On some of them you can smell the marijuana permeating off their uniforms. They are untrained, lazy and promote no positive community experience. The management company that hired them as failed their due diligence and are putting its residents at risk. All of the building associations should get together and demand immediate improvement and a complete top /down review of procedures and policies as well as the consistent enforcement of same.

Negative experience: Worst community I have ever lived in, long lines to get in. gates never work. My guest have to wait for ever to get in. Unsafe driving conditions inside , random cops hidden and give speeding tickets for going like two miles over the speed limit

Negative experience: Is security so tight because thieves are stealing old people now?? Lines to visit fam exceed 40 minutes. EXTREMELY ridiculous and VERY embarrassing. Residents here are not even that wealthy. Seriously not worth buying here if your fam has to wait lines worse than Disney to visit.

Fantastic experience: Had my nephews graduation party here. Very nice clean and spacious hall. Parking was excellent near main entrance. Staff there were very friendly and helpful. Centrally located, easy access to major roads. I'd like to move here one day soon.

Fantastic experience: They went over, above and way beyond their call of duty, All the caretakers are 100% professional and treat the patients as if it were their own children, and I witnessed this first hand. I cant even imagine another facility even coming close

Positive experience: My mom lived here for ten years. My mother in law, 25 years. They loved it. I have lived here for two years. People are friendly, there is a fitness center just like a gym, included, and a large outdoor pool for each building. There is live security including the gatehouses. It's for adults at least 55 years Young.

Negative experience: My mother just sold her apt after living in Century Village for over 15 years. I gave 2 stars beacause it is a nice place (aesthetically speaking) and well maintained with many amenities on site & transpotation as well. That being said, don't let the pretty pictures & lists of things to do fool you. I have never seen grown people act like such children in my entire life! They literally & phisically push & shove eachother off the bus! (Yes, even with canes & walkers) There are plenty of very nice people that live here as well, unfortunately though, the mean & nasty residents are more prominent.

Fantastic experience: The clubhouse consists of beauty, activity, function and it is conveniently location to accommodate all of its adult residents and visitors. It offers a wide range of amenities to wet everyone's appetite from dancing, card playing, exercising, swimming (indoors & outdoors), movies, knitting &crocheting, (sewing will be available one a teacher is identified). There is something here for everyone. In addition, you can catch buses from the clubhouse to travel around town (outside of Century Village).
