Negative experience: Super unprofessional. Ariadne Regueria stay away from her super RED FLAG. The plan was to pay 1 , 2 , 3 for deposit and after I paid the application fee she got back to me two days later telling me that I needed a 4th deposit for the HOA to hold down. Never ever had to give a HOA a deposit too. Super unprofessional that she didn’t bring this to my attention when we were handling the paper work or the walk thru. Horrible experience. I’ll take my business elsewhere
