Negative experience: ** BUYER BEWARE! ** I submitted an offer on 8/16/23 to purchase a property and on the morning of 8/17/23 they called my realtor which is also my mortgage broker saying they would accept my offer with the only condition is that we use their title company. My realtor/mortgage broker consulted with me and I gave him the approval to go ahead and move forward. Stratwell proceeds to sign the contract and sends it back for me to initial the change on the contract reflecting their title company. Later the same day the contract is sent back with the initials as agreed and my realtor/mortgage broker asks for the wire instructions for the deposit to be sent to the escrow account. This morning on 8/18/23 my realtor/mortgage broker receives an email that the offer was rejected at 5pm on 8/17/23. In the course of a few hours, they probably received other offers and instead of giving us the last shot of refusal they choose to back out and go with someone else. Very poor business ethic, would not recommend any buyer from engaging in business with Stratwell.

Fantastic experience: I had to sell my mother's house because she is fighting Alzheimers. In addition to that, we had some family decisions that did not make the matter easier. They were extremely patient. Eddie was very throughout with going over options in important decisions while giving advise, which usually turned out accurate.
