Negative experience: This management is terrible. They dont care about their tenants. I get theres procedures to do things but they really dont even put effort in helping the tenants. No heater in the home since Saturday. We submitted an urgent work order and they said until tomorrow or next week. They dont give us any updates we asked at least to get a portable heater but they can't even do that. There is elderly and kids living in the home. Worst management group.
We are sorry you feel this way Vina. We actually care a lot about our tenants, and do everything we can to make them comfortable and happy. It's very unfortunate that your heat went out; however, lots of other people are experiencing the same issue. Our vendors are working diligently to take care of our tenants, but have been backed up due to a recent influx of calls. It does not help when the tenants scream at our vendors because they aren't getting immediate service, instead next day service, which is understandable. We hope you will be more understanding in the future.
Positive experience: Overall been pretty good experience! We’ve been here almost our full lease (a year) Pretty fast approval no issues with paperwork etc, worked with our credits, wasn’t overcharging for deposits/ app fees everything jumping in was a very pleasant experience as this was the first company we’ve ever rented through (have been private landlords) they walked us through everything was very helpful! Every work order we file they respond and act pretty efficiently! I get paid 1 time a month on the 13-15th each month working for the county and they work with us each month on rent without a hassle. We had always ran into issues with our pay schedule and rental companies but they have been very helpful with that! Overall been pleased with our home and plan to try and renew lease again this upcoming year or potentially find another home through them! Office wise, Katina is very pleasant to work with nothing but nice things to say about her! There’s a few who are very kind, both my boys LOVE the cats and the women in the office!

Negative experience: This property management company is terrible. They will charge you for things that you’re not responsible for.. ie..this property management didn’t have my lease the first year I moved into the town house. The screen door was broken, I asked Perry’s management which had my lease if the owner was going to fix he replied NO!!! Fast forward 2 years later I move, they charged me 250 for the door knowing it was broken prior to them obtaining the lease…and are very nasty to military people. Slum lords of Fayetteville. Please reconsider if you plan on renting from this company

It seems the root of your complaint stems from your previous property management company. As stated when we spoke with you over the phone, we would be happy to look back over the charge for the door if you are able to provide proper documentation/move-in inspection from the previous property manager. The property was left in extremely rough condition. Unfortunately, items above normal wear and tear are taken out of the tenant’s security deposit. We are sorry you feel so strongly about our company. We are always happy to support and serve our military community.

Negative experience: My granddaughter her husband and infant son rent from this company. They are a military family. Recently mold was covering all there furniture and personal belongings as a result of an HVac issue This rental agency sent out a Carpet cleaning company to remove the mold. We have pictures of mold in the air ducts which was blowing everywhere resulting in everything being covered in a thick fur of mold. The mold quickly grew back anfter the carpet company cleaned it and was visible again . All the furniture and personal property was lost. This company refuses to return calls or be accountable for this . Not only is this unacceptable it is biohazard health risk and legal matters are being implemented. DO NOT RENT from them!! Your health depends on it!

I think there may have been some sort of disconnect between what took place and what was told to you by your grandchildren.
We value the safety and living conditions for all of our tenants so we would love to clear any confusions or miscommunication. We took action as soon as any discoloration was reported to us by the tenants. We sent out a professional cleaning company that specializes in duct cleaning as well. They let us know where the moisture issue could have originated and we immediately sent out our inhouse handy man to address the issue. Our vendor also let us know there was poor airflow throughout the property due to furniture or animal casings blocking every vent.
Once it was reported there may still be an issue, the property manager scheduled an in-home visit to address any damaged furniture that could possibly be cleaned or replaced on the owner’s dime. He also addressed any other issues with the property including a flea infestation from the pets and how to help with poor humidity. We scheduled a general contractor to come out right after the property managers visit and an estimate was already provided.
We apologize if looking for permanent solutions and replacing/cleaning damaged items is considered unacceptable, but we will continue to do everything in our power to accommodate for our tenants.

Our requirements were discussed with you before and after you viewed a property. Our office is a smoke-free facility so I'm not sure why you would've smelled cigarette smoke. Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed – Avoid if You Expect Basic Comfort I went over six weeks without air conditioning in the middle of summer because this leasing company chose to cut corners and take the cheapest route for repairs. My home stayed between 85–90 degrees every night, which destroyed my sleep and impacted my job performance. I contacted them multiple times—emails were ignored, calls went unanswered, and when I finally got in touch with a manager, I received no accountability, reassurance, or compensation for the miserable conditions I endured while still paying nearly $1,600/month. They eventually gave me a small portable AC unit, which was completely inadequate—like putting a Band-Aid on a bullet wound. To make matters worse, they’re now threatening to charge me for the unit, and they refused to wait even two minutes past closing time for me to return it, knowing I work full-time and couldn’t make it earlier. I expressed clearly that I’d leave a negative review after receiving zero support or resolution. So here it is. If you value your comfort, time, and money, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: Rented a place from this company for 2 years. They said our lease was up April when actually it ended in March(which is when we moved in) so we had to pay an extra month even though we were moving out. They started saying how the house was destroyed and not cleaned. I cleaned everything and scrubbed the baseboards. Even have pictures to prove it since they stated there was blood all over the walls. We cant help if someone broke in the house after we left. Again, took pictures. Now they are putting it to collections on us. Even the owners of the place are siding with them after we had talked to the owners about some things before we moved and they told us not to worry about it. But then says oh we didn't tell them that. Be warned to always document and have the owner sign the paper of what they tell you in writing if they show up to your home. Grant you, we never knew the owners were coming to the house when we had issues. Alotta told us a worker would not the owners. Both parties seem to backfire the tenants. Would not recommend to rent from them. Big mistake for us being military.
Negative experience: Went for a showing and followed the instructions from the owner. Was told to have $20 cash to check out a key. I went, and I did not need to check out a key, they just gave me a code to the lockbox. Went to the property, the code did not work. Called for assistance and asked for someone to bring a key, they refused. Got home, and the post was removed. I will take this as a sign that I am not meant to rent from these people.
Negative experience: Heads up If you have cat Allergies don't go here plus Don't recommend worse company to get in as much as I asked about a property for I won't waste my money and time when no one was on it i was told by Abby then 2 days later I get a call about the same place someone else got it and put a deposit how can someone put a deposit without been fixed then they take your 65 and have no more property to show . Who else this happened to? By law they need to clean and fix the property or why give a deposit for a unfinished or clean property's and they're not section 8 friendly so don't waste your money and time on this place. Go anywhere else but here like she said 1st come so is not a for sure thing with people on the program. Go to AAIMS Property they will make sure you have a home.
Hey Dulce, I apologize that you feel we did not provide adequate service during your visit. All of our properties are first come first serve and at the time your application was put in we did not have any approved applicants. As soon as we received a security deposit for the property you were interested in, we communicated to you that the property was no longer available and that you were approved for any other property within your parameters. We take pride in the upkeep of our properties, as soon as we were made aware, we addressed. You can keep an eye on our website for up to 30 days from when you originally applied to see if any new properties become available that you might be interested in.
Negative experience: I've worked in every facet of development/construction/real estate for over 28 years and I wouldn't recommend this management company to potential clients or renters. The only reason I felt compelled to give them 2 stars rather than 1 was the amount of available properties they had.... apparently it's quantity over quality. We had found a property thay we were interested in. After our self-tour we returned the key to their office. We had some concerns about the storm door that was leaning against the back window and the interior of the property looked like it came straight out of an episode of CSI. The walls were dirty, nails, holes, missing paint. Light plate covers, floors, carpets, countertops, literally EVERYTHING was totally filthy. When we inquired about the timeline for paint, carpet and cleaning to be completed we were told that all the properties came as is. :: looks around for the camera because I'm surely being punked :: Honestly, I wouldn't let a dog sleep there. That one statement tells me one of two things. Either they are ripping their clients off for whatever percentage they are charging them for maintenance OR they are ripping off their clients by not looking at the current state of that rental before saying it comes "as-is". I find it difficult to believe that anyone other than a hoarder would be okay with moving into that property in its current state. Use Canyon Residential or Peachtree but stay away from a property management company that doesn't properly manage.

Unfortunately, with repairs, we are not the owners. Aside from habitability issues, we are only allowed to do repairs that have been approved by the owners. Good luck in your house search!

Negative experience: I’m addition after reviewing the response the owner had to my review below. They will also lie to the public apparently. I lease to no one the people on the lease are the people living there as agreed good try .I don’t think my mother and brother being on the property count as living there. I also rent 2 other properties in Fayetteville area alone so if I needed to sub lease I think I’d use the property that’s not under property management. I have a recording of them refusing payment and documentation as the owner you should looking more into the situations your business has. As soon as paperwork was asked for it was ready 24 hours later with service animal paperwork and doctors note. I rent several properties so finding housing is not hard with my income. After court if everything goes well I plan to rent the property until the lease in finished. Just to prove a point. You should treat your tenants with as much respect as your property owners, and after your response. I see you do the opposite calming I’m releasing false information. The truth is what was stated below Last but not lease take responsibility for your businesses actions it doesn’t look good to lie. I’ve stated fact things I have documentation for to prove. anytime you want me toI’d be willing to meet you at your office to prove them or in court, either way. I look forward to our conversation or the courts. I’ve rented with plenty of property management services, but by far these people are the worst. They will tell you one thing and do the opposite. They don’t worry about repairs that are needed in the homes. They will have people show up at your door step with out any attempt to contact you. This business would rather tell you what you want to hear, so they can change you more late fees and illegal fees. Like charging me a pet documentation fee for my service animal and even after receiving paperwork. When things got to a point when I just wanted to go to court, they started to refuse payment even if I was on time. The only thing I could say about myself in rent would be a few days late sometime but I’ve always paid it in full and even paid all late fees.this company will break your lease to keep your deposit reguardless standing.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with renting from us; however, there are many things you said in your review that are false. We have been on top of any repairs needed as soon as we are made aware of the repairs. We have never sent anyone to the property without speaking to a tenant at the property first and scheduled a date and time. The fines/fees charged to you are not illegal. Proper documentation for a “service animal” was never provided after asking numerous times. This is all listed in your lease. You were also subleasing the property you signed for, which we do not allow. Alotta Properties has tried to work with you despite having late rent payments every month. We wish you luck in finding your next home.

Negative experience: They’re lucky we didn’t take them to court. We allowed them to manage all 5 of our properties. We put up with them for a few years due to a lack of options and a couple of the ones that worked there were good (Tasha being one… and the other one we liked quit to work elsewhere). The rest of this company isn’t just incompetent… but they’re completely unethical. We signed a contract saying one lady could rent our house… well she subleased it to her son and his friends who ran drugs out of it for a full year without our knowledge. Alotta not only knew about it… but according to BOTH neighbors.. the “tenants” were paying Alotta an extra $500 a month to stay away from the house and not do walk throughs! By the time we were notified by a random plumber we sent over there… there was already 15k of damage to the house that we had to spend out of our own pockets to fix. Please stay far away from this company! **UPDATE** - In response to their reply. Absolutely false. We were in fact splitting amicably and going with a different company that was local to us.. no hard feelings with Alotta………. yet. After we swapped companies… we DID in fact have them do a walk through and that’s when the new company reported an overwhelming heavy smoke smell and saw multiple people living there with multiple pit bulls (we also had a no pet policy unless approved)… and the agents doing the walk through couldn’t even get past the living room due to safety concerns. We then found out we were locked into the contract and couldn’t break it bc Alotta had written in “friends and family” could live there along with the lady we approved… and it was a contract that we had not even signed! Therefore the process took months to fix. That situation along with a slow leak in the bathroom… caused the floor to rot out. Those bathroom damages plus the damage to all the hardwood floors from all the dogs, and all the new paint that had to be done due to the smoking.. it absolutely cost us 15k (we got the receipts). And yes, it was ALL from the tenants that Alotta allowed to be in there in the first place that we never approved and it took us months and months to remove them. The person who responded here from Alotta (Katina) I can almost promise you knows nothing of the situation as she works at the office. We never had any issues with her; however, whoever was the one doing our walk throughs is absolutely the one at fault and they cost us a lot of money.
I just saw a review that was left by you about your properties, and it was very shocking and concerning. We have addressed the issues below. Since your very public accusations are both false and unfounded, we insist that you remove your Google Review immediately.
We turned your properties over to you in April and Aug 2023 more than 15 and 11 months ago and we were never notified of any issues. Per our response below, our inspections, performed timely, did not identify an issues either.
You sent us am email on Feb 24, 2023, that you would be moving management of the properties. Here is an excerpt of that email:
Second, we wanted to go ahead and see what you guys needed from us in order to get our properties moved over to our local rental agency here in Moore/Lee County. I'm writing to you two specifically b/c you both have been nothing but awesome for us the entire time we have been with Alotta. We don't want this to come across like we are making a move because we are upset about anything or plan to give bad reviews about Alotta. Quite the opposite really and plan to give a positive review upon leaving. It honestly is just out of ease for our family at this point. We have multiple partners now with different agencies and it's making it super hectic to keep up with and we just want to move all our properties to our local office that's right next to our house. Amy also works for their company and it will just streamline everything for us.
We are a very ethical company and never allow someone to sublease a unit or even co-sign a lease. If there were/are illegal activities at a property, we will and have use all legal resources to remove the tenants from a property. If a neighbor reports a problem, they are told to please report it to the proper authorities to that we can substantiate the claims when we file to remove them.
If a tenant in one of the units had been subleasing for a year it would not have been while we were managing the units since we have not done so in more than a year. At no time has Alotta Properties ever collected or received payment above the contracted lease amount for any property from any tenant. Tenants pay their rent either online which is direct deposit, or they pay in the office with money order or cashier’s check no cash is accepted so all payments are documented. And to be accused of doing so is insulting and since we know that there was no wrongdoing on our part. We manage over 500 properties in the greater Fayetteville area. Risking our reputation and standing in the community is not something we would ever do.
Our office conducts inspections every 6 months at the properties and provides a report with pictures to owners so that they can see the condition of their properties and assess any suggested repairs or maintenance that may need to be completed. If we were “staying away” from the property there would not be a way for us to conduct the inspections and provide the report and pictures to you. All inspections for your properties were completed timely and provided to you prior to the properties being turn over, with no issues mentioned. No damages or repairs of significance were observed, certainly not $15,000.
We would assume that you yourself or your new management team would do an inspection at the time of turnover or within the last 15 months since the turnover.
If you had noticed $15,000 in damage to your properties at the time they were turned back over to you, why would you wait 15 months to contact us regarding this, and then why not in an email rather than a Google review?
Negative experience: I loved the property I lived at but moved out only so I would no longer have to deal with this company. They are very unhelpful once you are a tenant. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, I would have to call multiple times before anyone came out to fix it only to be told it was not covered and I have to find my own company and pay for it myself (one of the few benefits of renting taken away). When I would come in, in person to discuss some of the issues I had, the women in the office were talking about other tenants in a negative way and seem to be overall very gossipy. They also clearly post their political views for everyone to see. No matter the political affiliation, a place of business is hardly the appropriate location to advertise. The experience with them was so horrible, I will never ever go through a third property management company again.

Any work orders that were submitted, we addressed immediately; however, there are steps we have to take to get owners approvals, etc. before we can assign vendors. Our owners choose to express their political views a little differently, which makes no difference in how we do business or how we treat our customers. You also applied for a property despite the company's political views being expressed. We strive to make everyone we encounter happy and keep it professional at the same time. Negative experience: Edited 7/10/24 rating change from 4 star to 1. If there was a 0 I would have chosen that. It’s really unfortunate that I made the terrible decision to hire this company for property management. Yes, I did read the reviews. I know the strength of word of mouth advertising so I would never vindictively give a bad review. I have really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I am an optimist and try to look at every situation in a positive light. Unfortunately Alotta Properties has decided to squabble with me over $175 that is owed to the vendor that I chose to clean my property after the rental debacle that I detailed in the first part of this review. This is truly bad business, I asked on at least two occasions if I could use my vendor of choice to do the final clean and the price was quoted. Now they do not want to pay the invoice in full. Wow. I’m truly befuddled by this situation, the money is not the issue. The issue is that as a consumer I lost out due to no fault of my own other than choosing them to manage my property. I wouldn’t be so upset if it weren’t for the fact that the tenant that moved into my property was their employee at the time. I was asked if I would accept reduced rent if they “GUARANTEED” that my home would be taken care of and rent paid on time. Well that didn’t happen and I feel completely taken advantage of. I didn’t elaborate on that in my initial review because I was giving them an opportunity to make things right. Since I was the injured party it seemed to me like that should have been automatic. Not only did I lose out on rental income from agreeing to rent the property to their employee they are now short changing a vendor that is an innocent party in this situation. I won’t even get into detail about the horrible “repairs” they did to my property. When I initially hired them I made it extremely clear that the home was very sentimental to me and that I cared about the neighbors who are friends. When the tenant came with a “Guarantee” I felt like it was a true win-win situation because as I stated previously money was not the issue, having a tenant who would care for my property and not be a nuisance to the neighbors was my main concern. At the time I wrote my initial review we were still going through the process of getting my home ready for new occupants and I honestly didn’t expect things to end sourly Was I wrong. All I can say now is if you are a homeowner thinking of hiring a property management company I wouldn’t suggest this one. **INITIAL REVIEW BELOW** I live a little over two hours away from my rental home. I decided to go with Alotta Properties because Kristen was very pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive. We chose a tenant that we felt would be a landlord’s dream. Wrong! there was drug usage, loud parties and the cherry on top was the police and SBI raid complete with battering rams and drawn weapons. These “Dream” tenants wreaked havoc and caused more damage than I thought could be possible. They were a complete nightmare. I was livid when the neighbors who are also friends contacted me one evening to tell me the rental was being raided. All I could picture was my house being torn apart, and I was embarrassed because I promised the neighbors that I would try to find tenants that would not disturb their peace. I probably gave Kristen and Wesley who work for Alotta Properties many headaches during the heat of this. I must say this…everyone that I interacted with from Alotta Properties was consistently patient and understanding while I was having a meltdown over this situation. Although I have decided not to utilize any Property Management company going forward; I will say that Kristen and especially Wesley went above and beyond to insure that we parted ways amicably. I can’t rate Alotta Properties as excellent because I feel that my tenant somehow slipped through the screening process. But I will rate them as a good Property Management company because I genuinely didn’t leave the relationship feeling unheard or disrespected.

Negative experience: My house is beautiful, however, the house needs a lot of exterior work in the yard — including a broken window due to negligence from the contractor that cut the grass before move in. I was told by staff this would be fixed over a month ago but because I have a dog I wanted to be able to put him away first or be present. I was unable to be there on the day they called (last minute). However— there is another leaseholder that could have been present in the time in between and he was never called to schedule service. Additionally, my dog was in daycare while I was in the hospital for 2 weeks but nobody called to reschedule. It’s been over a month and a half and I still have a broken window & trash, nails & glass in my yard. I was told last week I would be responsible for any growth if it was discovered in the window because I was unavailable the first day they called, which cannot be true because it’s not my fault they were negligent and broke it in the first place. It seems the homeowners still have too much to do with what the management company does & the management company is too disorganized to take responsibility for what they can do.

As a property management company, yes; we manage the home for the homeowner however, we still have to communicate with the homeowner before making any repairs. Negative experience: Honestly, I would give these guys zero stars if I could. They have been problematic for us ever since we moved in early January. From the start, I was told to bring the first month’s rent and double that for a security deposit. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I had to pay three times the monthly rent, though they ultimately accepted less than what they initially demanded. That was the first red flag for me. Secondly, every time we've contacted this property management company regarding anything related to the property, such as electricity or water, they have always provided the wrong information. This has made my fiancé and me look foolish, as we’ve had to call random companies only to find out we were misinformed. The property management company consistently fails to do their job correctly, leaving us to find the right contacts on our own. If you plan on moving to Fayetteville anytime soon, I highly recommend not wasting your time or money with them. They are greedy and unprofessional, and I regret ever signing with them. And then they get on the Internet and argue with me saying that what I said is not true yet I have the lease with the crossed out third time payment that they were trying to get from me and how they lowered it back down to double months rent, but if I pull that paperwork out, I guess I’ll be lying about that too
Thanks for your review, Da Von! We have never charged 3x the rent for security deposit. We pride on ourselves on working with tenants and giving second chances if their credit is not up to par. In that instance, we will double the security deposit to give the potential tenant a chance. At the time of your lease signing, the first month's rent is due.
Please be aware that when renting a mobile home, you have a mobile home lot that handles things from lot rent to utilities and anything in between.
Also, the mobile home park let us know that not only did the mobile home park let all tenants know that the water would be off due to repairs, they also provided you with a letter to clean your yard.
I hate to hear that you have had not enjoyed your experience and we wish you the best of luck in finding your new home at the end of your lease!
Fantastic experience: I just finished reading the reviews of some of the former renters with Alotta, and although I've been with them for a little over a month, I can honestly say I haven't had a negative experience with Alotta. They always answer when I call, if there is an emergency during the weekend and I email, the manager actually responds, and thus far they have been very reasonable and responsible with me. If things change, I'll update this review. But I honestly think they really are good people to do business with. 06-4-24 I forgot to update this after I moved out. So here it goes: I personally take very good care of any property I've ever lived In and am an extremely clean person. I think I had 2 home inspections the 1 year I lived in this property and the inspector always remarked how clean the home was. So, when I moved out, I left the place as clean as I found it. 100 percent of my deposit was refunded to me.

Fantastic experience: My experience with this company has been easy and satisfying so far. I submitted my application and got contacted the same day that I was approved. The security deposit was a bit much but that’s understandable and on our hands due to credit & such. We paid it anyhow, as we were desperately in need to move out from our previous rental home. So far, the staff here are super nice, very polite, and always answers whatever questions you have in a politely professional way, and are always attentive to your maintenance need as a tenant. I had couple things that needs fixing, it was done within days. I am glad I am renting from this company so far.

Negative experience: Just make sure you monitor your personal info after filling out their application and submitting all documentation in case of identity theft. Also pay attention on how long the property has been listed and updated. They were not upfront with us, they knew we were coming from another state when they accepted our drivers license at their office and asked the proper questions. Apparently you need to work in that state when trying to find a home, it does not matter if you pass the Background checks, are employed and meet the credit criteria and is willing to pay your first yrs rent up front. I can go on but I will stop at a few of the most important issues. Had we knew all of this we would have save our $120.00.

As inconvenient as it may be for potential tenants, we do have certain criteria that we ensure our owners we will abide by. Our job, as a property management company, is to bridge the gap between owners and tenants, maintain the integrity of the owner's property, and protect our owner's investment. We love nothing more than to be able to create a stream of income for our owners and to give tenants a new home, but with that, we have to make sure that we are making the best decisions for our owners. You are able to receive a free copy of your credit report from Transunion so that you are able to see exactly what we saw. The biggest things that we look for are that you have sufficient credit, no charge offs, collections, repossessions, evictions, foreclosures, or felonies. We wish you all the best in searching for your new home! Going forward, I would definitely advise you to ask property management companies what would get you denied so that you do not waste money.

Josh, we absolutely hate to hear that you feel this way. We appreciate and have the utmost respect for all service members! Our responsibility is to maintain the integrity of our owner's properties and investments. When a tenant needs to vacate, there is a certain protocol that we must follow. As long as we have a definite date of when the tenant will be out, we can prorate rent as need be and start the turnover process ASAP to get a security deposit disbursement sent out to the tenant. Unfortunately, when a property is left in worse condition than it was leased in, we have to make the necessary repairs to make it rent ready again for the next tenant. In doing so, there is normal wear and tear that the owner is financially responsible for, but if there are also tenant damages, that is what we use the security deposit for. We tremendously thank you for your service!

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time here they pick and chose who they want to rent to & wait until you waste your time looking at houses all day to discriminate your dog and what breed they are . Very unprofessional when it comes to “allowing pets” but only small pets . We even found someone to keep our dog for us and they told us “because we told them we had the dog we had in general they could never rent to us.” I wouldn’t give them a dime or my time again!! But let me also mention they have cats rubbing all over you in their office while trying to view properties not knowing if you’re allergic to them or not doesn’t even ask you before allowing them to be everywhere and all over people . I wish I could give 0 stars honestly.

Negative experience: OMG, do NOT even begin to waste your time with these people!!! They don’t rent to people who have large dogs… My service animal just so happens to be a German Shepard, Delia! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I loved the house and the rent price but when they said that I could not have my “service dog” which just happens to be a Delia German Shepard, they couldn’t turn me away fast enough! If I cannot find a handicap accessible apartment by the 15th…me and my service dog are going to be freaking homeless! I’m debating on whether or not to report them to the ADA for discrimination!

Once our maintenance coordinator receives a maintenance request, she immediately forwards the information over to the vendor that is needed and their office schedules from that point forward. Once the vendor has scheduled with the tenant and been out to the property, we then forward the information over to the owner for approval. We can not always complete maintenance requests right away, but we always strive to make sure the tenant's needs are handled in a timely manner. Positive experience: My wife and I have rented from Alotta Properties since April this year and incountered 2 maintenance problems which were resolved within 2 to 3 days which we thought was amazing for a rental place. So far they seem to be better than any other company we have used. I gave them four stars only because i cant figure out why this unit has an HVAC that could heat and cool Wal Mart, its a real giant. Good job at any rate.
