Negative experience: Took down my original review - they ask you to review pretty much as soon as you buy and then things start coming up. Would not recommend for military or out of state buyers, would not recommend for first time home buyers. If we ever sell the home we bought, we will be going elsewhere.

April was recommended by a realtor friend of mine, Ealon Ostegaard, and right from the start she established a relationship of trust. She effectively discussed my hopes and dreams over the phone, and turned them into a reality. Instead of trying to sell me a house quickly, she was forthcoming about their flaws and told me straight up what to expect, critical when neccessary, and offering praise when there was a prize at stake. Her respect for the army and her ability to instantly respond at ridiculous times of the day consistently, as well as her comprehensive reviews of both neighborhoods and houses through videos made it easy for me to decide on a place without even being in the state. She is always motivated and excited to work with clients, and if I wasn't happy, she wasn't happy. On at least 3 occassions I really liked a place that she sent me a video for and just before I put down an offer, I decided it just wasn't the right place for me (close to a busy neighborhood, police report concerning, a flip that was overpriced). This was no problem at all for April. She tailored the houses that she sent me to my specific taste, which I wasn't even sure about at the start, but developed as I saw more places. Even after finding me some new construction that is ideal for my commute to both an army and civilian hospital I work at, she found me an even cheaper-priced option in the same neighborhood that provides me with .5 acres of land and in an area where I can sleep at night safely. She did this instead if convincing me to buy the pricier option that she could get commission on. She helps with everything, to include advice on house maintanence and help setting up utilities, which was huge as a first-time buyer. April treats you like a celebrity and genuinely reaches out to check on both her client's progress with house hunting, and also life accomplishments that are unrelated. On the day of closing she embraced me like a long lost friend and offered a graduation smiley face balloon as well as a 100$ gift card for home decor. Wow! You would be lucky to have her as your realtor.

Fantastic experience: I have always been told buying a house is the most stressful experience you will go through, but we did not have that experience at all, and that is solely because we were working with Keller Williams Welcome Home Team. We were lucky to work with Lauren, who made the home buying experience as easy and stress free as possible. From the very beginning she proved how she is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and knows what to look for in a house, she helped guide us in the right direction when choosing a house, and she was also so responsive to any and all questions we had. When we first started working with her, we wanted to go look at a house, however, she was out of town, yet she still made it possible for us to look at the house. She had her coworker, Kye, meet us there to show us the house. Kye was extremely nice and very helpful as well. After looking at five houses and liking three of them, Lauren advised us to make a pros and cons list of them to see which is truly the best fit for us. Once we decided on the one, she was very quick to send over the offer to the seller. She worked on negotiating the best deal for us, and we are so happy with how it worked out. Throughout the whole process we knew that Lauren had our best interest with everything, from the purchase price to getting the seller to fix as much as possible after the inspection, and everything in between. She truly is the best to work with, and she made the whole experience so easy and stress free. When it came to all the admin work, Kaitlin was just as phenomenal. Kaitlin coordinated everything once we were pending sale, from getting us in contact with their attorney, Single Source, who was just as phenomenal, to scheduling our closing date. She made it a smooth process.
