Fantastic experience: I had the great pleasure of working with Emily and Jessica. They each have their unique talents. They instructed me on what I had to do and I followed their instructions. I believe my home was on the market 8 days, it could have been 7, it was Sunday afternoon and I received a text from Emily. She hated to disturb me but there was someone interested in the home and when was a good time to talk. Call me now is a good time and that is how it happened. As they it was a done deal. When we moved out of state they took over management of our rental and I knew it was in good hands. I could always count on great communication. Made being several states away easy. When we returned to the area, the first call we made was to Bold. Edric linked us up with an amazing agent, Heather. She was amazing. We were not able to come see the home prior to purchase so she went above and beyond to show us the home on FaceTime. Made herself available for all inspections and “can we see it again” calls. Fantastic experience: My wife and I are still moving thru the building process but to date the entire team has been amazing. I was able to conduct a site visit with Edric which provided a great opportunity to see the lot and explore some other near complete projects. Between this team the process has been smooth. They both understand that building and buying is a complex process that does not always manifest questions collectively the team is patient and willing to guide you every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: We didn’t start with BOLD realty but I am glad we ended with them. We were originally working with another realtor as buyers and after an incredibly negative experience we came to BOLD realty. They plugged us in right away with Addie and I cannot sing praises for her loud enough. As a person, Addie is charismatic and confident. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and explained every North Carolina realty nuance along the way. We purchased our home from out-of-state and relied heavily on her. Called them and they explained that the owner was going to sell the residence. I then informed them that I was interested in buying the house.
