Negative experience: Monique McFarland is a rude agent and has bad communication. She was unprofessional, and dishonest. She made my buying process very difficult for me and my family. I wouldn’t recommend her if you go to this agency. I was so happy to find this home but dealing with her almost made me back out of the deal because of how nasty she was towards me and my agent. For her to be in this field of work I think she needs to work on her people skills and put clients first before her feelings!

An honest realtor, that has your best interest and that of his home town in mind. Working with Colt is like working with family, easy to get along with and genuine. He was good to my wife, daughter and dog. It wasn’t fake or cringe, it was heart felt. We could call Colt at any time throughout the process and he would always pick up. All correspondence was handled immediately. Being from Fayetteville, Colt knows the area like the back of his hand. He knew exactly what we were looking for and his recommendations saved us a lot of time. Before we conducted any business, he took my wife and I out for coffee… that’s old school. Colt had our back and saved us from going into contract with a house that would have been devastating for us. So, we put a cash offer in on a house in Vass. It was everything we wanted: rural, close to base, and a beautiful brick home. The reason I mention it was cash is so you understand how quickly this offer could have gone into contract. Colt, noticed there was two, large, undeveloped parcels located directly behind the property. It was owned by a developer. Colt, was able to track done the general contractor and found out they were breaking ground on a massive, gross, townhome development, within a few months. We immediately withdrew our offer. Colt saved us about $10,000 grand. After we went into contract on our beautiful home in the Haymount area. Colt helped us line up contractors, for quotes and inspections. In the process we found out our HVAC fan motor was blown and we were able to negotiate the price of the home down during due diligence. This is all within a two-week closing. Colt is a solid brother. After we bought our home, we were a little bummed out, because we wouldn’t be seeing him on the regular. We got a beautiful home, at a good price and in the process gained family. Lori my realty seller and Chris Slayer my assigned attorney by Caldwell Realty. Now acting as I’m the problem. PLEASE BE CAREFUL SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE. I paid a healthy fee. I thought when I sold my house it would be behind me. Everyone is about money they don’t care about the customers. I know we all make mistakes but own up to it. I got to spend money on lawyers to fix this problem. That could have prevented if they did their job. This situation very stressful:(. I’m now unable to purchase a house until this debt been paid off.

He came prepared to each viewing with all available documents, he was able to tell us what was in need of repair and how critical it was. He also helped determine what to put in our due diligence request. While our situation caused our closing to be prolonged..
