Negative experience: Seriously would say NO stars. I wad at work one day and I get a call saying there's an emergency at home. Well my neighbors decided to attack my mom, break her car mirror off, continued to harass my sibling. He had every right to bear arms and he showed his weapon. The cops get called. All of a sudden because APD decided to chummy up with the neighbor because he was a security, "rent a cop" ,guard and took my sibling to jail. Because he showed his weapon. There after the neighbors continued to harass me and taunt me, which land lord at the time Chistian Lix was witness too. He asked us to leave. Then they took my security deposit as well as charged me 2,387.64 for move out costs. A RIDICULOUS amount for spending my time and effort, they owe me some "house keeping" "labor fees" on top of the backyard looked cleaner than we moved in. Trust I have picture evidence, must we go through time wasting court to get justice. Well if you don't care to get your deposit back choose T and C. I'm sure there are some good guys, telling from the wrong paper work they gave me, the tenant living in after was also over charged and taken for her deposit, poor Maria. Shame on this sham...I leave it to the greater powers.

Negative experience: This review is specifically regarding Nayeli Quintana a property manager with T and C management Valencia Village. I have been a grateful and abiding tenant of this property since February of 2018. Since the beginning I have quietly put up with all manner of inconvenience and disrespect from the property owners and tenants up to and including retaliatory acts of vandalism and theft to my vehicle and property. Threats and acts of aggression to my person, and worst of all this latest intimidation of my sweet, loving highly trained clean and friendly senior support animal. Yes, a 13 year old adopted lab mix who has never shown any kind of aggression towards any person or animal is now being singled out by my illegal, unleased likely undocumented neighbors as dangerous. So today out of retaliation for my frustration with their complete disregard for my peace of mind as well as tenant rules they decided to call Nayeli Quintana and report my dog as menacing them and impeding their right of way to get in and out of the yard. As if! I'm calling BS on that as my dog was on a leash and laying down on my front porch directly in front of my open door. ON A LEASH! per our rental agreement! Nayeli Quintana who clearly thought this unwarranted complaint would be her BIG CHANCE to get back at me for my having respectfully asked her to please enforce the rules and do something about trash problems caused by unleased tenants and their unsanitary practices and entitled behavior. (Too many problems to list) Nayeli Quintana in RETALIATION called me from an unknown to me phone number and without even introducing herself VERY RUDELY snapped to me "Is your dog on a leash?" Again AS IF ! Yes my dog is on a leash! Absolutely 100 per cent on a leash! She then proceeded to RUDELY grill me about whether or not I'm being truthful and whether or not I am with my dog. She then told me in a really snide and condescending voice. That " these are the rules" I know what the rules are. Obviously I follow them I have lived here for 7 + years without so much as a warning before today. I can't help but think her actions are based in racism and and economic discrimination as I am a recipient of a rent voucher and have been since moving in here. I could go on but that may make me look like some kind of entitled A hole. So in closing Nayeli Quintana of T and C Management has been rude aggressive, retaliatory, discriminatory and just plain unfair to me and my dog. Just an unbelievable situation made worse by her and T and C management who don't do anything positive to make living here any better but are more than willing to attack any time you challenge their ultimate authority over you as your landlord. I would not recommend Nayeli Quintana or T and C if you expect peace of mind or any real consideration. Money seems to be the only thing they care about. I would also recommend that anyone who reads any of the positive reviews take in consideration that they're likely coerced or outright phoney!

Fantastic experience: I been living here for four years now and Laurie the property manager at Palomas Dr is the absolute best. Very kind and respectful always being flexible with her time to get any of my issues resolved right away. I love that she really cares for us and our neighbors, always keeping an eye on each other and making it really feel like home. where ever you see her she always makes sures to greet you. Honestly thanks to her making us feel that comfortable I continue to be a part of T and C Managment ! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication !!

Negative experience: Pretty crummy apartments. Good responses from maintenance crew. About only good thing I can say.

Negative experience: Moved in October 25'. Wasn't given a code or key for the gated entry at the apartment complex. Today I came home after work with my kids and the gates were closed. The emergency line provided on the website doesn't actually work. There's no help available and they don't care whether I'm able to access my apartment or not.

Fantastic experience: I am very greatful to be blessed with a good property manager like Mariah shes very good with all the tenants here. at the Crest apt shes good with people and the property im very greatful for all her help and shes one of the best property managers we have have good job Mariah

Negative experience: What blows my mind you guys went from a 1 to 3 and everyone who left a good note seems to be someone who worked there maybe you guys are trying to get over on somebody feel bad for those doing business with you guys

Negative experience: My Property manager was great. My issue is with MAINTENANCE. They charged me $45 to come over and take pictures of my blinds. Then came back with blinds and charged me another $45. OVER CHARGING me for work not done $45. NO WORK DONE ON FIRST VISIT. WHY THE CHARGE when NO work was DONE.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is aj and I’m a current residence at 1200 Madeira Dr SE The office manager Laurie Estes is a awesome manager of the property and she’s willing to work with you with certain issues you ever have She is a way better Landlord than the last property I was renting at She keeps the property nice and clean and she does not let people stuff get vandalized

Negative experience: My landlord Chrystal is to hard to get a hold of you can never get her the apartment I got has bugs it leaks water and is incredibly awful also if your late on your rent even by a day she charges you $400 extra dollars that’s impossible to pay I hate this place.

Negative experience: Update: 08/05/2025 Months later and there wasn't any follow up. I would not reccommend anyone rents from them. I rented from T&C for two years, after moving out they deducted some charges from my deposit that I don't think are justified, there's "compound" "labor" and other charges that don't explain what they are. I emailed them and was told I'd get a response to explain why the charges were valid, and never did, then I spoke to Guadalupe over the phone and she promised a response to my email "within 10 minutes" and she never did, now it's been days with no response. I've called her multiple times since then and she has completely stopped answering. I've attached pictures of my apartment when I moved out, which looks to be in great shape to me therefore I don't understand the charges. Also timestamps from my email that show they are just ignoring me. They might have affordable rates but are definitely very scammy when it comes to their work ethic.

Fantastic experience: Laurie the property manager at Palomas Dr was the absolute best I have ever dealt with. She always was so caring and looked out for my kiddo and I. She communicated well about any updates or maintenance things. The maintenance people were always so helpful as well and on top of everything. They quickly fixed things and worked diligently to rectify problems. We are going to miss renting with T&C but if we ever need to move again I would definitely consider looking at their properties. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING!

Negative experience: I have lived here going on five years when I first moved to 4900 Wyoming ne Albuquerque it was nice Cynthia the property manager was good after she left this place has gone down the hill. The new property manager will not do nothing if you have problems. They ignore your needs. I have never been late on my rent but yet I don’t have a peaceful dwelling. I get maybe 2 hours of sleep due the neighbors. Who would put a family of 8 in a two bedroom. All the jumping running stomping they broke my beautiful plant I had for over 20 years do to there kids jumping so hard.

Negative experience: Racist and unfair, also I was asked by the management and maintenance more than once if I spoke Spanish. I do not so they would turn their backs to me and thats that ! Can't communicate with most maintenance personal or they won't show . When this company decides it is going to remodel apartments they will stop leasing terms and go month to month. Raising the rent every three months until it's impossible to pay .Plus there online payment system doesn't process on time even when payments are made intime. And then after the late fee posts it will keep multiplying until it accumulate s enough to boot us . Unfair !!

Negative experience: This establishment is fraudulent and didn't give me my deposit back. I always paid my rent on time and I left the place cleaned. I would never recommend renting from this company. I lived in one of their rentals for 1 year always paid my rent on time. The last 6 months of renting from them was a nightmare. The place that I rented from them was falling apart and needed maintenance a lot with leaks destroying my property and the maintenance man even left a bowel movement in my toilet. The office staff acts nice until you tell them something is wrong with the rental. Then they speak in Spanish talking about you thinking that you don't understand Spanish ummm Si habla Espanol.

Fantastic experience: Miriah was very helpful to us during our move in process. We had a tight deadline and she always got back to us right away! The apartment we got was really nice and renovated, and I love that there’s a direct bus line to both of our jobs. Haven’t seen any bugs or had any issues.

Fantastic experience: Irania is hands down the best property manager I have ever worked with and fully trust her with our properties as if they were her own. Her communication, results, and dedication to the properties and the tenants makes it an easy decision to trust her with our portfolio.

Fantastic experience: Irania at T and C Management does an awesome job managing my condos for me. She is very conscientious and takes her job very seriously. If an issue arises with a tenant, or with a condo in general, she handles it immediately. She maintains communication with me and gives me updates when needed. I truly appreciate the way that she manages my properties and hope that she will continue to be my property manager for a very long time.

Fantastic experience: Miriah was very professional and patient with my whole move in process. She helped find an apartment closer to my job and in the heights. I had issues with my hot water not working in the bathtub, but they handled it quickly. T & C management seems like they do care for their tenents. Definitely ask for Miriah if you’re looking for a place.

Fantastic experience: We just rented our new apartment and absolutely love it. Miriah at T&C was a wonderful person to work with - Professional, Responsive, and Up-Front! The company's renter's portal seems like it's going to be very useful in managing rent payments and any maintenance orders. Very happy with our experience so far and would recommend if you're looking to rent in ABQ.

Fantastic experience: Our move in process was a little rocky, the house wasn’t perfectly clean but they resolved our issues quickly and said they’d waive our housekeeping fee later on. My recommendation is to be beyond thorough, take many pictures of your unit and give them a thumb drive. Overall they have been very fair and reasonable! The staff I’ve worked with, namely Miriah, has been so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process with the application, viewing, and beyond. The tenant portal app is easy to use and maintenance requests are also really easy to submit. The maintenance guys I’ve worked with, Elias Sr. and Jr., have been so kind, courteous and respectful in my home and they are very efficient workers! I have two big dogs and they are really mindful about not letting them out and are overall very kind gentlemen.

Negative experience: Not even a week and only been in his apartment 1 night because of issue after issue . He was given keys and door was screwed shut 3 days to get in ... Got in heater not working so he bought one . Then electric started going out they "maintenance" brought him more heaters . That very night electric out again BECAUSE can't run heater And Microwave at same time. He Had to leave apartment Again because no power or heat . Absolute nightmare company if you're low income they Don't care they'll put you in Anything . This review is written by the ex wife having to put up her ex because of New Mexico allowing anything and everything to happen to renters with no consequences for property owners and management companies.

Negative experience: I know a couple of people who live in the T&C apartments on Aspen Rd. by Carlisle and Constitution. Neither one has anything good to say about the management and employees of T&C. I personally spoke to 3 or 4 other tenant's besides the 2 that I know and got the same results. Me personally by the responses I've gotten I have to give T-Cmanagement a thumbs down

Negative experience: I’ve been living here for about 5 years now and never really had any problems, until about a year and a half ago a lady moved in above me apt 8 and it’s been very hectic ever since first she got into several physical altercations with neighbors and people in the road, then vandalized my car all in one day t&c has yet to do anything about that, now when she comes outside she’ll start playing loud music and then call the cops on me saying I was the one to do it. Now shes firing shots off in the night I see her every time and now that I report it nothing happens I would like for this tenant to be removed she is very unsafe to be around i hope someone sees this I live on 226 Charleston st ne apt 3 please if someone can respond before something bad happens because of her. I’ve added photos of my vandalized window and casings from her gun.UPDATE: I added another star because one of the managers are trying to help. He does come by and talk to me to get more info, this are good apartments if you don’t end up with a crazy neighbor. Other then that he lets me park one of my cars on the side of the building because I’ve had several homeless people walk by and keep breaking into it, and we aren’t allowed to have cameras but I put one up on the building and he understands why and allows me to keep it up.

Fantastic experience: I have lived here for over 7 months have had nothing but great experience with T and C. They work well with you and address any problems with professional and timely manner. They got a new bug guy whom is doing an excellent job in controlling the pests! Janice is so friendly and awesome, always going above and beyond for her tenants!

Negative experience: They took over my building in the middle of my least never did an inspection and are now telling me I owe them 2400.00 AND IM ON HOUSING ...GREAT JOB YOU RETARDS

Fantastic experience: Hello I am a tenant here in Albuquerque which the T&C property manager just took over was pleased to meet two young ladies very nice and friendly who came to my home 2 days ago I would like to continue to reside here for more years to come the only real issue I see is the parking lot area and around outside :and the safety if you could gate it Up it would feel 100%effective in not having homeless back in the back of the building which is right outside my apartment oh my Sister resident right next door and she been living here for over 20 years any how welcome and hope you are a good match too the property Thank you

Fantastic experience: I would like to named Lori Estes she's been very good with responding when things go on or when you have a problem of some sort so I'd like to name her for her her willingness to act when there is a problem or a maintenance problem and she's very informative of things that are going on around here she let you know right away so you're not sitting there and you don't know what's going on so she's been helpful in that aspect.

The property manager Laurie Estes is the best. Always very friendly and incredibly helpful. She works hard to make sure the tenants are taken care of.

Negative experience: I DO NOT recommend because they will screw up your credit due to laziness. Most apartment are kinda in good shape with roaches and horrible neighborhoods. Most of the staff is great except Crystal she is a horrible manager and does not get things done and will procrastinate and lie to you. Crystal was not helpful or honest at all she will show you an apartment and if you confirm you do want it she will still go behind your back to lease all apartments shown to other people crystal will advise you to continue looking. She was very disrespectful and a liar and not helpful or honest. I would be precautious if dealing with her as a property manager.

Negative experience: I really want to give 0 but it’s not an option. Just today I call emergency maintenance at 7 pm my light fixture and ceiling are leaking. Guy comes at 8 pm cuts holes in the ceiling and leaves buckets under the dripping. Called back at 11pm because now I have another water bubble that is leaking this time in the living room same place it was leaking months ago that never got fixed. Woke up now at 4 am and guess what another bubble that’s leaking in the living room. So now I have 4 leaking spots and two large joes in the ceiling and no hot water because the maintenance guy said it was the hot water heater and he had to turn it off. No one ever came back to address the issues when I called the second time. I hate this company with a passion. My neighbor smokes blues all day, tell them they don’t respond. Only thing they respond to is when u don’t pay ur rent. They had the nerve to try to charge me a fee last month when I called emergency maintenance at7 pm and they didn’t show up until 2 am and I was sleeping so of course I didn’t hear the door. They are out their mind. Court will be my next option. They are the biggest slum lords. I’d rather live out of a hotel than any apartment they have to offer. All those positive reviews I believe are 100% false and made up. Photos attached are what I was left with at 8pm. Maintenance also does not clean up after their selves when they do anything.

Fantastic experience: Faith Tolino is awesome. Not only did she go above and beyond to help my wife Jennifer and I find an apartment we loved and facilitate the process for us when we moved from Rhode Island to New Mexico, when we got in over our heads and I couldn’t find work, we got behind on our rent. Faith once again went above and beyond to work with us and make sure we were able to pay what we owed and keep our apartment. She was super patient, helpful and never made us feel worse than we did already. She was so happy for us that we were able to pay down our balance and get back on track. This could have been a disaster for us in a new state where we don’t know anyone but she really helped us in turning it around. They are not just about the money, we are proof of that. They understood and helped when we desperately needed it.

Positive experience: My agent goes above and beyond any owner’s expectations and feel so fortunate to have her. Unfortunately, I can’t say as much for the accounting department. Rent funds are not deposited into my account on the contract’s date fairly regularly. As a property owner it can cause a financial dilemma when one is expecting those funds. Still the company’s saving grace is my agent. Thank goodness for her.

Fantastic experience: So far every issue or questions I’ve had with T&C management especially Irania has been met and exceed expectations. Everyone at the office is polite and professional and anything that I have needed has always been met with a positive attitude and with my issues as a priority as I am sure they do with all their tenants

Negative experience: First of all the person who answers the phone was very rude did not state who she was. I inquired about a unit online because the front desk receptionist did not want to help me. So when I inquired online I received a text message from a female by the name of Sophie to view the unit and she never got back to me with a date and time to go see this unit and as far as management goes I'm not too sure how much chuck really knows what's going on with his business.

Fantastic experience: Had a couple apartments slip through my fingers but the help I got from crystal was great. She went out of her way to text me info on other possible locations and let me know she would keep me informed if anything fitting my requirements is going to become available.

Negative experience: I have a high mold count in my apartment, with levels significantly higher than those outdoors. Indoor mold spore levels are at 2,400 spores per cubic meter, compared to 350 spores per cubic meter outside. This is especially dangerous because several types of mold are present, including Penicillium/Aspergillus, Chaetomium, and Cladosporium. I live in this unit with my four children, which makes the situation even more concerning. Housing the homeless in unsafe housing does not make sense, as it merely relocates the problem without solving it. Here are some advantages and disadvantages of such an approach: ### Advantages: 1. **Immediate Shelter:** Provides a roof over their heads, protecting them from the elements and potential street violence. 2. **Temporary Relief:** Offers a temporary solution, giving homeless individuals a place to stay while looking for more permanent housing. 3. **Access to Services:** Being housed, even in substandard conditions, can sometimes offer better access to social services and assistance programs. ### Disadvantages: 1. **Health Risks:** Unsafe housing can pose serious health risks, including exposure to mold, pests, and structural hazards. 2. **Lack of Stability:** Poor living conditions can lead to mental and physical stress, undermining the stability needed to rebuild lives. 3. **Cycle of Poverty:** Slumlords may exploit tenants, leading to financial strain and trapping individuals in a cycle of poverty and substandard living conditions. 4. **Negative Social Impact:** Concentrating vulnerable populations in unsafe areas can exacerbate social problems and hinder community development. 5. **Long-term Ineffectiveness:** Addressing homelessness requires more than just a temporary fix; unsafe housing fails to provide the stability and support needed for long-term recovery. In conclusion, while it may seem like a quick solution, housing the homeless in unsafe conditions can do more harm than good, perpetuating the very issues it aims to solve.

Negative experience: If I could put no stars, I would. They've violated the lease, they do not follow the law. They attempt to enter the apartment without notification. They threaten to tow vehicles on property that are parked per the guidelines. They invent rules randomly for no apparent reason. They invent parking rules when there's no policy on parking or when there's nothing in the lease about it. Overall harassing paying tenants and unnecessary threats to tow. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR LEASE.

Fantastic experience: Janice and T&C have been a pleasure to work with. With the stress of moving Janice has been most helpful and efficient. She has been a pleasure to work with and her passion for the property is appreciated. T&C is lucky to have such a passionate member of their team! T&C also has an amazing maintenance team. They are fast at any maintenance request! I would absolutely recommend them!!!!

Negative experience: If I could leave a negative star I would. I can't get into my 5 year experience with them because of legal issues coming up. But if you can live in you're car. You are better off. From office staff to maintenance people. They are so horrible and t&c needs to be shut down. It's not letting post pictures but if you could see the mold in the bathroom alone you would understand.

Fantastic experience: Faith, the property manager is hands down AMAZING. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I find an incredible apartment and to get us approved. She put work into this and the apartments are immaculate, well maintained and just awesome. If you’re looking in New Mexico, go see Faith at T & C management she is great!!

Negative experience: This company is the worst. I just sent an email about vacating the apartment and wanted conformation they read it and they can't even do that. They don't care about loud neighbors, homeless on the property, break ins, the list goes on and on. All they care about is their money. They have a gate code that everyone on Central knows so its pointless. There were two murders at my complex. One died up against my car. They don't care. Tried to say one died of natural causes. Really? Then why were the police asking for my camera footage? I wasn't even there 60 days and my car was stolen from their gated apartment complex that they let a meth-head rent upstairs . One time they changed the gate code over the weekend and never bothered to tell me. I was stuck at the street until someone came or went so I could get in. Paper thin walls and vents that let in the smell of whatever the "tenants" decide to smoke. Needles and foil all over the grounds along with dog poop. Dogs running loose despite leash rules. The list goes on and on. I havent even scratched the surface. I have been an excellent tenant never late once on rent. They can have their roach infested apartments back. I've moved into an amazing place that knew they wouldn't get a reference from T and C but they rented to me. They said T and C are difficult to deal with. Go anywhere but them. They are the slumlords of Albuquerque.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 starts I would. And that’s an understatement. Do not ever rent from T&C. They do not care about tenants. You can voice your concerns but they DO NOT CARE. They are quick to take your rent and raise the rent but when you have any safety concerns or voice the concerns you have about your unit they pull the “that’s all we can do” excuse. I’m tempted to just move out and find somewhere safer for a lot less money. They don’t give notice when they come to units so anyone living alone, BEWARE. If you can find any one else, PLEASE TAKE THEM OVER THIS. They are definitely playing favorites and have heard they are allegedly racist. It could honestly explain a lot to what I’ve had to deal with. I have never ever been treated like this and don’t continue to plan on it. If the safety doesn’t improve I will be forced to break my lease and contact Bernallio housing to let them know this is an unsafe environment and Its no longer safe to live here. I have so much proof I hope it doesn’t come down to it.

Fantastic experience: Laurie is the best property manager/landlord that I’ve ever had. She is a very kind lady and is super quick and helpful when it comes to any maintenance requests or issues. She even helped me find water bottles to wash the bleach out of my hair when the building’s water was turned off for maintenance one time.

Negative experience: thankfully i dont live under them anymore . they raised our rent by over 30% TWICE in 6 months . the maintenance was haphazard IF it even got done . they kept our damage deposit and tried to get almost $700 MORE out of us even though the pictures they showed as evidence DISPROVED their claims . they constantly had people moving in that would only have 1 or 2 people on the lease but then have up to 12 people actually living in the unit . constant problems with gang activity and even shooting off guns in the courtyard and entry way that they . when we would complain to who ever the property managers was THAT time , we would always be told that they have another property that is even worse , but once they get that one under control that they would focus on the one we were living at ...... but never got around to it because there would always be another property they had to pay attention to , every single time the same excuse .

Fantastic experience: Everything went smooth with the application process, Suszi is super nice and very helpful. The property we looked at was older but the bones are good so far. There are a few wrinkles that need to be ironed out but over all the move in process was wonderful and not stressful. I recommend T&C Managment.

Negative experience: Worst ever in my rental days of renting. Not even once did it feel like a place called home. A grip of maintenance requests left unfinished, let alone it was a waste of hard earned money down the toilet. Can't say drain, they never fixed the slow drain either. Get my drift. Go elsewhere. Not worth the headaches!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are so quick to get you into a unit but when maintenance is needed they don’t answer for days or even months. My car was wrongfully towed, took months for reimbursement. Their plumbing backed up and residents were charged for it. I have been living at phoenix apartments for 6 months with a leaking sink and broken garbage disposal. Currently begging for spray as my apartment is roach infested. Still no answer, I am forced to break my lease and get out because of this. Of course they are quick to try and collect money to end my lease. My children and I will have to live with roaches until we can get out at the end of October. I live at The Phoenix Apartments next to I-40. Stay away from these apartments and t&c management. Pictures show just 1 night of roach traps. We are not messy and do not leave food out. We’ve also been blocked from calling management when something is needed.

Negative experience: Daughter on SSI disclosed her income. These crooks had her pay for and fill out an application knowing that she would not be approved. $45 RIPPED OFF BY T AND C management!!!

Fantastic experience: Laurie with t&c management is amazing. She helped me in everyday to get into my lovely apartment which I love I might add. She's professional and empathetic, such a great person to vibe with. I couldn't ask for a better manager for my home. Thank you for everything Laurie your 100/100 for sure.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences ever dealing with a company or business. They could have almost killed me and my dogs with a gas leak and then took forever to fix the issues even with me calling them and trying to get things fixed.

Negative experience: We have been looking for an apartment for a family member. Went to see the outside of on you their locations (in Nob Hill.) Garbage and mattresses piled up all over the place. Clearly this historic building hasn't received ANY upgrades in years. Clearly no "property management " is going on. Whoever the owners are make money hand over fist on the backs of the working poor. You must and can DO BETTER.

Fantastic experience: I'm pleased with my experience with T&C Management. Nancy understood my situation and answered all my questions or concerns. They do run background checks; however, if the felony was longer than 6 years ago, you would pass.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE management. Tried to get a simple thing fixed by maintenance and they kept saying they were going to show up multiple times and never did. Can’t rely on help from anyone in the company. Do whatever you can to avoid living in any apartment owned by T&C management.

Negative experience: I am homeless and looking for my own home. I received an approval for my app. I was assigned to broker: Joseph Howard. He showed me 3 very bad units and I told him I couldn't live in any one of them. He said he understood and would check with other brokers and upgrade my app. He didn't call back for 3 days and then advised my app was declined!!! He was not nice. I definitely want you to know, I have been clean a year, deserve to be treated respectfully and deserve a home as any one else. I am even able to pay my own rent! I would like to hear a response from owners or management!

Positive experience: I worked with Nayeli. Nayeli has been able to help house many young people . She goes above and beyond to help us find good homes. She also works fast and gets people in quickly.

Fantastic experience: Very spacious apartments and great rate!! Love my property manager Nayeli, always reply’s back, easy to talk to and gets things done. Which is extremely hard to find these days. Properties definitely need to hire more people like her.

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest not my favorite neighborhood in Albuquerque if you know about the north east and or the southeast areas and I need not further explain…..Currently i reside at the Continental arms Apartments……and let me tell you I’ve never felt more at home…….Lorie Who is the manager of this property deserves all the praise……she’s fair but firm and quick to action whenever you need help with anything ie. (true story) my fridge went out yesterday within 24hrs Maintenance came by hauled off my old fridge and BOOM…..I have a brand new fridge in my apartment the very next day….. she’s been a godsend to me and my family and is a pleasure to work with….respectful and just overall a real person.

Fantastic experience: Update: I have been a tenant for nearly three years now and Laurie continues to be a gem; she keeps the complex safe and because of her, the complex has been quiet and peaceful. Any complaint that is brought to her attention is addressed immediately. I am grateful to have a manager who is always on top of things and cares enough to make a difference. Lori has been great throughout my moving process. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were fixed immediately. It’s comforting to know that I can rely on Lori to handle these things with efficiency and professionalism.

Negative experience: Run as fast as you can. These people are thieves. They break the law and refuse to fix their properties correctly if you report them, they retaliate against you do not do business with these people no matter how cheap the rent or how decent the apartment looks these people are trash.

Negative experience: wish i could give a 0 star rating. i’ve been a renter with t and c management for a while, my last apartment was infested with mice and cockroaches. i moved into a different apartment and this place is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches, my heater has been broken for about a month and a half me and my 11 month old daughter have been freezing i’ve asked multiple times to have my heater fixed or replaced. every time i call about my heater they act as if i’ve never reported the issue before, they send over maintenance and maintenance looks at it says it’s broken and it’ll be replaced within 3 days. it’s been a week since they told me this. i’m so tired of this i’m breaking my lease and moving out. t and c management is the most careless management company ever. maybe they should try sleeping in a freezing apartment with their children.

Positive experience: It's a decent property management company. It needs some help,however,they also have a high employee turnover rate,so it's to be expected. They are more of a apartment complex management team and I rent a house in a gated community in Albuquerque. They honestly try super hard to meet both the tenants and property owners needs..Remember, like anything in life,it's a team effort.So if you're not willing to be a hard working property owner or tenant then you get what you get even if the management team or tenants are perfect.

Negative experience: Honestly I have no issues with my renting from them because I’ve been renting with them for a year but the front office lady the same one that everybody sits here and has been making comments about is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with I gave this company five stars until today when I had to deal with her I get it you know my property manager busy haven’t been able to speak with him first time was The other day you know haven’t had much issues here at the apartments you know what you pay for what you get right but I am so tired of being talked to and disrespected by that front desk lady that I’m changing my five stars down to one because she is so rude so disrespectful Hopefully the owner really does look at these because honestly yeah there’s some bad star reviews for an apartment or not but if he really looks cities closely almost all his negative reviews have to do with that front desk lady being rude disrespectful unhumane Like nobody matters in life but herself obviously her parents and everybody have treated her that she is God’s gift to earth when she well is not but yeah maybe if you guys get rid of her I’ll change my five stars back to five honestly she is the worst person I have talk to you in the TNC Management this is the second time I’m renting from you guys I have nothing bad to say about my manager Christian great manager Nancy she’s a great manager unfortunately your front desk lady can use maybe an etiquette class

Negative experience: Horrible management. Does not maintain the property, apartments are full of pests, difficult to get ahold of when you need maintenance. They also charged us over $2,000 for problems the apartment already had when we started renting it, it was under a different management and now they want to charge us for damages we did not cause. Don’t recommend at all.

Negative experience: Where do I begin? Well we originally had rented from a private owner when we signed the lease and 3 days before moving in we are notified that T&C Management are now the owners of the property. My girlfriend and I read reviews and most of them were not positive. We dealt with work orders getting cancelled or they would show up a month to 2 months later without a notice for repairs. They countlessly entered without notice for turning on heaters or switching on the swamp cooler or just random things as we didn't receive notice so we did not know what they were doing or had done in our unit. Management also did an absurd amount of inspections, with each 3 different owners we had in a year long period (that was a red flag within itself). They tried to give us violations, which were just straight up bully tactics for things not disclosed in our lease, when we were quiet tenants who always paid early or on time. They charged us for a landscaping fee when in our lease it clearly stated they were responsible for it. At one point during the summer, the weeds were shoulder high on me (almost 6 ft tall). I strongly advise to stay way from them but they do own a lot of the lower priced rental properties in Albuquerque. A case of your classic slum lord.

Fantastic experience: Update: It is hard to believe that we have stayed at the same place for 3 years. What makes things so easy is our Apartment Manager Laurie Estes. The community within the complex makes up for the side of town that we are on. Laurie works very hard at keeping the bad elements away. She is also great at getting things done that too. We are very fortunate to have Laurie Estes as our Apartment Manager. She makes sure that your work orders get put in and completed!!! Not to mention answers any questions you may have.

Negative experience: They are lucky I have them a as a two star. My friend lives on a property of theirs. Trash!!! Get t&c out of Albuquerque!!! I've also lived on a property of theirs, slum lord's!!!

Negative experience: They had no reason to steal my car from the complex. I visit my son everyday until I go to work and I woke up this morning and my car is gone. Not a company you should trust at all and I can imagine what they rent looks like.

Negative experience: This is one of the most unreliable renting company's I have ever rented from in albuquerque I can't ever seem to get ahold of the "property manager" for my apt I've never seen anyone from the property management come to my apartment complex they say so much on there lease agreements and nothing is followed through with anything they want us to do they like there rent paid on time and no one fighting and what not but its ridiculous on how they manage anything at my residence It is nearly 100 degrees out side and I've still yet to get an ac unit in my apartment I had to go buy a unit for my window that doesn't even cool the house down but I'm sure I won't be seeing that money I paid for out of my pocket for this time of year being as hot as it is this is definitely the first and very last time I rent from this company

Negative experience: Of I could move I would. Poor maintained poor office mangers. Their very rude and disrespectful. And I been trying to move into a bigger place for the last year in a half and they would rather rent to ppl that's not already in their system vs. Moving their already renters into bigger place .

Fantastic experience: Joseph fr. Management has really taken care of business, I don't have to wait weeks for t&c to get someone to come & fix something that is not working, Joseph gets things done , .nice guy.

Negative experience: No one at this place knows what's going on... They tell us we are approved then when we call back to see when our application will expire we can't get an answer and on the midst of this get told our application was denied! So then we go into t and c and speak on person to somone hoping to get answers, nope that was a week ago and they were supposed to call us that day with an answer.... Should have just given the 45 I spent on application fee away.... Cause this management company literally did nothing for us!

Negative experience: I was wondering why good apartments from T&C haven't been rented yet after 2 weeks on the market, then I checked the reviews, and haha yeah, you guys are total slum lords. Why don't you care about people's lives? Who are you? You know, what goes around comes around, every time.
