This house was sold due to a very ugly divorce and it ended up taking much longer than it should have. Bryan was a true professional throughout the entire time. He was my rock and did everything and then some to sell that house. He knows real estate and he knows the people that he is selling for. Do not hesitate to have him sell your home for you or to have him show you one to buy. He is truly an amazing realtor. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking — constant miscommunication, lack of accountability, and zero urgency when it came to handling important matters. Instead of feeling supported, I felt ignored and dismissed at every step. For a company with such a big name, their service was beyond disappointing. Save yourself the stress and frustration and look elsewhere. Pure incompetence!

Second, her "stager", Becca, came to our house and totally revamped our house by putting in her staging furniture, put up tasteful artwork and mirrors on the walls, as well as candles and little decorations on her tables. Third, her window washer came and made the windows sparkle. Fourth, she had her handyman come over and power-wash our garage door to improve curb appeal. Finally, her housecleaner, Esmeralda came over and cleaned our refrigerator, oven, kitchen area and the whole house. We put up our house for sale for the Zillow estimate price, and it sold in 2 days for $10K over our price! Amazing! Thank you, Rene and team! They say it takes a village to bring up a child. She helped us sell our home and purchase another one and was incredibly involved throughout the process with the kind of genuine caring that you don’t really see anymore. She made us calendars for all of our due dates so we stayed in line to closing. On multiple occasions, she caught errors of other realtors or the title company, one of which saved us some money! Every time the deal seemed like it was going to fall through, she got it back on track for us. My fiancé and I can be difficult clients, but she handled us with grace and professionalism. When the builder made a mistake, she made sure that it was taken care of and would keep me informed as things were being remedied. I never once needed to re-do anything she had done.
