Fantastic experience: I live out of town so looking at potential homes in short time frames is difficult. Steffan was accommodating and helpful for these situations. He sent me suggestions and reviewed my picks, helping me focus on the things that were important to me. At times, he would look at a home for me if I could not get to the area in a timely manner. It took a while to find a home due to market related issues. He helped me not lose faith in the process. Steffan never lost patience with me or showed any frustration. After speaking with all agents in person, we selected to proceed with Steffan. We mapped out a time line together for the optimal time to go on the market and target date to close the sale by mid May. Steffan was invaluable in advising us on which improvements to make, which to avoid, and the order and timing of the various projects to keep us on time. He provided a list of trusted contractors to work on the various aspects who were outstanding.
