Negative experience: This property management company is horrible and terrible I have an apartment that is all broken plumbing, electrical, HAVC, and now it full of rodents. I cannot take this anymore paying all this rent to live like a savage...

Fantastic experience: Rudy & Sergio came fast after reporting issue and did a marvelous job, were very professional and even reviewed the work done afterwards with me to show me that everything was finished On the 2nd visit: Thomas came to switch our blinds that had stopped functioning properly, was professional and precise. Even changed the batteries to the fire alarms which had recently died: Above & Beyond!!! Had an accident with my oven as well that required a full replacement and Raul did a great job getting doing everything quickly, expertly and smoothly. 5 stars!!!!

Fantastic experience: It’s been 4 months since we moved to 142 Steuben. Sergio and co-workers have helped us ease our move and transition to the new unit efficiently. He is on his feet, warm, and instantly helps resolve all the maintenance requests as soon as possible. Always grateful to the maintenance staff and tenant services staff.

Fantastic experience: Thomas did a great job fixing the closet door in the kitchen that came off the railing and fixing the mouse issue. He quickly found the holes and sprayed it with foam so no mouse would come back in and layed down traps. Super fast and great service. Ruddy and Wilson helped put my closet door back on track quickly and was careful with the things around. Thomas quickly fixed my light bulb issue and ants issue.

Jose maintains the building clean and has been reliable and helpful when we needed help. Tomasz is a foreman genius, nothing he can’t figure out - he responds very quickly and has resolved any issues promptly and communicates well. It’s been a pleasure to live here.

Fantastic experience: Our dishwasher part was spoilt and damaged cause of an issue. Thomas was super efficient quick and responsive. We expected our dishwasher to be fixed in 2/3 days but he did it within an hour and saved us from a lot of hectic work of washing dishes on a busy work day.
