Fantastic experience: Great

Negative experience: Security guard that works mornings at the northwest corner post is the worst in the city. He is very rude, very lazy, and will make you wait in the cold for an hour before letting you in the building. He does this almost every time my company comes to do work in this building. They need to find a new security guard because he is the worst in Manhattan

Negative experience: This building is trespassing on the rightful Singer Building location. We should demolish this building and rebuilt the Singer Building

Fantastic experience: Meeting with many businesses to help the mayor to connect with the needs of the NYC small businesses

Negative experience: A good-looking International Style building built on the corpse of the former Singer Building and oft-forgotten City Investing Building of New York, the former of which was purchased by US Steel and allowed to deteriorate before being destroyed by the same company to make room for this structure. At the time the Singer Building was not protected by the post-Penn Station-destruction institution, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. Those two -- Penn Station and the Singer Building's destruction mark the two greatest architectural urban tragedies in New York. Included is a photo of the gorgeous building under deconstruction in its death year, 1967.

Positive experience: Singer Building once stood there. That building is built in year 1897. And Demolished in 1967. And this building replaced it.

Positive experience: This place have a couple of restaurants, mostly it's office building, I visited two of the restaurants, have lunch at one, the Chopt. Only paid street Parking and it's very difficult to find.

Fantastic experience: Didn’t got inside or anything but it looked nice from outside. I do hope to go back and pay my respects to a family friend who died on 9/11

Positive experience: Nice little plaza to get a bite to eat and just relax. Also some nice artwork by French artist Jean Dubuffet. They used to have a European cafe close by but i think it closed after pandemic.

Positive experience: It's still a wonderful place to pause, sit and relax. Beware, this area of the city is usually full of visiting tourists. Lots of crowds and people in the surrounding area. But this is still a great place to escape from them at the times.

Fantastic experience: I worked in this building many years ago. Now the basement of the building is all the restaurants, prescription eye wear store, medical holistic acupuncture and accidental and chiropractor place and a Starbucks. Mostly busy during lunch time and afternoons. One nice thing here is restrooms available during the business hours. Please ask the security guard to open for you.
