We reached out a year ago, and in that moment we didn’t feel ready for a home so he kept in touch until we felt ready. Positive experience: Warren and his team were very quick with the entire process from initial contact to showings/offer to closing. However, as first time home buyers it felt strictly transactional. He is very professional and does dedicate a lot of time to his work, and it may have just been a poor personality match but there was very little excitement about this being our first house and making a home. Purchasing more property and renting out our house was mentioned a few times, specific dates were confused multiple times, and he was late to our closing appointment and on the phone when he did arrive. He did a fair job answering questions and being transparent, but he is definitely a salesman that conducts himself as such which just did not match with our excitement for becoming homeowners.

He is pragmatic in his approach, asks a lot of qualifying questions and forms a game plan based on your needs. In our case, we needed a quick sale. The house had been on the market for a few months with little traction, and we needed to be done with it. Warren was straightforward in his recommendations, and didn't push us to do further repairs to the property beyond what we'd already sunk into it. His efforts were above and beyond - he managed to get our house more views and traction in a week than it had gotten in months, and we ended up with a full price offer after about 2 weeks on the market. We just closed, and cannot recommend Warren highly enough. Working with Warren was a dream, and one that we plan to do again the next time we're looking to move.
