Fantastic experience: Extremely responsive and quick. Consistent. Called after work hours due to basement well pressure tank spraying water out and maintenance on call answered phone, then took my info and notes... within 10mins received call back form maintenance and they were at property within next hour or so. Temporarily addressed the issue for the night and contacted tenants and addressed with them. The next morning, had well specialist there to remedy, replace the rusted out failing tank and water was back on and tenants all set. Emailed me updates of the findings that night and the next morning status. It was seamless and no worrying and all was handled asap and professionally. Been a joy and easy to work with in gaining the landlord/tenant info and numbers and lease agreements and renewal with increased rent per market competitive rates... they handled and notified! Top notch service and know what they are doing and run a tight ship and great company!

Fantastic experience: Myself and My husband. Has been living in our apartment. For over seven years.. I have a cute place because we take good care of it.. select is fast to stuff fixed and taking care of, and I have respect for that. Right now people is moving in, with a Tennant only one on lease, this girl put her hand through the window that was made to get in if keys was gone, one that's destruction of private property, don't matter if it was done by a tenant or not, these are very small one bedroom apartments, they are not made for more than two people per unit, and upstairs it's a hazard in case of fire, and need to get out fast some one is going to be hurt, and select will be sued, because of no emergency exit, and the two apartments down stairs, isn't going to have peace and quiet, and the two units down stairs is respectful to the entire house, But I made a complaint at 4am, to the apartment upstairs and her roommate's. I get in response, living in a multi family dwelling. Is a challenge, and I'm sorry you have to deal with that, no not a multi unit dewelling, it always from the one very tiny apartment upstairs, moving people in with you, I thought was breaking the lease, a multi family dwelling is a duplex with more than three and a half rooms, we don't know where these people come from, they can be bringing bug's with them, this is the fourth time she has moved people in with her, and it's been reported to select property management, a tenant made a complaint about a weird order only at night, we got a text from Joy asking us if we smell anything weird order only at night. No in the day time we do with windows open, well we got a full inspection tomorrow, and when joy came she brought A cop with her, and the inspection was less than 12 notice, it wasn't an emergency for her to come over, she violated renters rights, and civil rights by bringing a cop with her, because of the complaint a tenant made, and not was informed what apparent it was, she came in and smelled kitchen left and went upstairs where the odor does come from and she didn't do anything about it,. the apartment upstairs isn't fit for three more adults and a baby ,we can't even have a gold fish because it's a violation of the lease, but it's not a violation to keep moving people in a very tiny one bedroom apartment, and having them push in the corner of the window to unlock the downstairs door, and that is very dangerous to the two apartments upstairs because. People are being told how to get in, now I'm thinking about looking for a safer place for us to live, and we have been living here almost seven and a half years with no complaints on us, if I had the home owner phone number, I would call the Millers myself, and I do believe what is allowed to keep happening, and is pushing out great Tennant's is against the law, they absolutely do not care about what is happening with upstairs, all they care about is the rent money, just wait until something happens upstairs and they can't get out fast enough, better start worrying about how many people moved in upstairs THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, what the downstairs apartment's are going to hear all day and night, All four apartment's should RESPECT EVERY UNIT AND RESPECT SELECT PROPERTY BY FOLLOWING THE LEASE, AND RESPECT THE HOME OWNER,BY TAKING CARE OF THEIR PROPERTY.NOT SHOW PEOPLE HOW TO BREAK IN WHEN YOU HAVE NO KEYS TO GET IN, AND PUT APARTMENT ONE IN DANGER

Fantastic experience: Currently renting and very satisfied with Select. Home inspections are very easy with it being self guided where we don't need to coordinate having someone come to the home, every maintenance request has been handled promptly (same day on some emergencies like heat malfunctioning during the winter), and when it came time for lease renewal, we weren't met with a large rent hike as has been the experience with most property management. Would definitely recommend working with Select for your next rental.

Getting out of the military beginning of this year I was so worried about getting my own place for the first time but due to the communication from both Erik and misty the process was easier than it should have been. From simple concerns to maintenance issues, every problem is fixed or addressed within the day and with that kind of attentiveness and care I certainly don’t see myself leaving this home any time soon!

Fantastic experience: 2025 edit: I’m still very happy with SPM’s staff and services. I moved to a property where the owners have done a much better job maintaining the place, and the positive difference is HUGE. It definitely shows me the issues I had at my previous residence were caused by the owner’s refusal to invest in maintaining the building. SPM has been quick to respond to the minor maintenance requests I’ve had so far, and their staff are always friendly. Original review: Select Property Management is an extremely professional, diligent, and responsive management company. Misty is always quick to answer questions via phone or email, and, if she doesn't have an answer, she'll direct you to another employee or property manager who can help. SPM also sends exceptionally skilled and professional contractors for maintenance requests. I have a very frustrating maintenance situation where the property owner is denying/delaying repair requests; however, SPM was very helpful in explaining the steps of the request process. While it doesn't fix my frustration with an out-of-state property owner, I appreciate that SPM does everything within their power as a property management company to make sure the dwellings they manage are in the best possible condition.

Fantastic experience: I own property and rented it through Select Properties. They have given excellent service. The fees are reasonable. There are a few bad reviews but all repairs have to be approved by the owners, so that can probably cause a delay.

Negative experience: Extremely unwilling to work with you in any way when having difficult times. Find a different company to work with. Edit: I am sure, you guys evicted my mother and family after we reported various cracks/foundation issues in the house and requested the report from the contractor you sent out. Even though you accepted ERA money at the end of everything
