Negative experience: I want to say about three years ago my three adult children were looking to rent a home. They’re very first home together and they applied with Anthony realtors and they had to end up calling them on the property that they applied for to find out they got approved. No one ever reached out to us For them to say oh the house was rented. We’re like OK fine well we did pay Application fees for each adult so what can you do? No one ever called them back and they just kept my kids application money. All my children have clean records they have good credit. They have been at their jobs for a long time so I don’t know what the issue was if y’all were racial profiling them because they’re Hispanic, but I don’t appreciate Anthony realtors scamming my kids and keeping their application money and not renting to them at all. After they were already approved, something needs to be changed if you’re not gonna rent to someone and they pay for the application fee after approved then you need to refund them their money back
