From the first phone call, they were helpful and didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t want to do, everything was on my timeline (which I really appreciate). Zach was my main point of contact and he was amazing, answered all of my questions, no matter how big or small or “stupid” I thought they were. So happy I decided to go with LTD!!

Negative experience: Low ball offers and continue to call and use robo callers after being ask to be removed from list. Spoke with them several times when thinking about selling my home and they would say one number and then when it would come to paperwork would take 10k-15k off of the offer. Thankfully I listed my property and it's already under contract for nearly 1/3 more than their final offer. I'm super upset that this went this way. I had been excited to have an easy close and not have to go through the process of listing. Guess it turned out in my favor I didn't go with them. Be cautious giving them your real phone number. Can't stick to commitments with scheduled calls or texts and contracts can be bait and switch. Be sure to read everything to make sure the process is smooth and they don't try to swindle you more. I'm sure their offers are great for distressed properties. HOWEVER, I don't want contacted any more and when I called to get removed I got texted they were sorry they can't take my call while I just spend 3 minutes arguing with a robo calling system they have trying to speak with someone to get taken off their list.

Negative experience: Sold my house to them. Was told if i left a review, Id recieve a gift badket. I did so. Left a good 1. When i e mailed them, asking if they wanted my new address, no reply.

Negative experience: I contacted this company today in the hopes of getting some clarity of how the process works. I am helping an elderly friend who is looking to downsize from a house that is too much for her at this point in her life. The phone call started off fine but the guy on the phone kept talking in circles and would not answer any questions directly. He was adamant that he wanted to cut a deal over the phone and would not agree to a meeting to discuss the process. After several attempts to schedule an appointment he became very rude and stated, “Why are you talking over me?!” . Needless to say i hung up after that. This does not appear to be a reputable company or a company that wants to do anything but take advantage of people. Perhaps the person i spoke to was new but he clearly didn’t know anything about sales. He may be better suited for a “buy here pay here” car lot.

Positive experience: Working with LTD was pretty straightforward without having to go through tons of agony making private listings, showing, and trying to find the perfect buyer for a dilapidated property that was dropped on my shoulders after the sudden death of my mother. This property was an absolute despair and would have taken thousands of dollars to clean up along with $40,000 in repairs. LTD contacted me reassuring that they would be willing to help even though the property was in bad shape and to offer a fair price. Specifically Derek and Christian were a breeze to work with they always kept in constant contact and gave me step by step instruction on how things needed to proceed in a positive manner. They didn't care about the state of the property and its condition as long as we could come to an agreement that worked for both of us on the numbers. After all we came to a final agreement and they stuck by it. There was a HELOC on the house that turned out to be a bit more at the very end after our closing but we came to an agreeance that they would cover that cost as well as it was under $1,000 so that it didn't have to come out of my pocket. unfortunately I didn't get to make any money off of this property to help myself with the debt my mother left but they were able to at least clear me of the burden from this home which was the biggest deal for me. Thank you LTD for working with me I know it wasn't the easiest steps or the best property but as long as we came to that conclusion I'm happy and I believe anybody who goes through LTD will have the same outcome.
