Fantastic experience: I have always felt 100% confident and comfortable working with Kyle. Every question or concern has always been answered extremely fast and with full confidence by Kyle. I had the experience of buying three homes prior to working with him and I have never in those times felt like I have been number one with every decision in the entire process. While working with him, I was able to feel comfortably, calm and really enjoy the experience!! He helped my wife and I find the house of our dreams to raise our kids in! He was so cool, calm and collected during the entire process and never made us feel as if house number 1 or house number 10 was an issue to go look at. Kyle was always quick to respond and was very willing to work with our schedule so we could get to showings quickly and see properties early. He helped guide us through the offer process and how to structure our offer effectively meaning we were able to get under contract and closed in record time. We had some unplanned life events right before closing and he was supportive both from a professional and personal perspective to help take some of the pressure off of us. We trusted Kyle so much that he helped my parents relocate and retire in our area, finding the perfect home for them even though they weren’t always able to attend showings. Fantastic experience: Let me make this clear for anyone looking for a real estate agent…Kyle Myers is THE BEST. We simultaneously built our new construction home AND sold our old house with Kyle during this past holiday season. It could have been super stressful but it wasn’t, all because of Kyle! My husband and I on numerous occasions said to ourselves, “thank God for Kyle!” He went above and beyond to help us in every way - via email, text, phone, and coming out to our houses just to check stuff out with us. He is super knowledgeable and even has a background in construction which was so helpful when we didn’t know what we were looking at! He was always available and always followed through whenever he said he would do something. Great customer service is really hard to find these days and we were super impressed.
