The best thing about my experience with Michelle Ayer was she took the burden of everything off of my shoulders and I didn't have to worry about anything. She was more than willing to travel miles to meet us and even put us in contact with another member of the team in SC to show us some homes there. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Impeccable! Jennifer sold my home at my asking price in 3 days. I was in a peculiar situation where I relocated to Virginia and I had to wait for a tenant to finally vacate which they were making very difficult but Jennifer and her team made it so easy for me to get things in order. I never had to leave Virginia! It can be overwhelming when you’re selling or buying a home especially when it’s accompanied by all of the other stressors life throws you at once. They kept me informed every step of the way. Everything was thorough and transparent. The time she spent with us over a couple weekends helped us to find the perfect house. Her professionalism, experience, knowledge and responsiveness was A-1. We were often surprised how fast she would respond to any of the inquiries or questions we would send. Since we were 800 miles away in CT we were not able to be present for any post purchase meetings or activities and Sarah handled it completely. She put up with a lot of resistance with the lender, more aggravation than I thought possible. I don't know how much money she made but it wasn't enough. He listened well and focused his efforts into meeting our goals. Trevor’s attention to detail and prompt follow ups really enabled us to have an efficient but thorough look at a number of houses and developments that met our criteria. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. i met with Sarah to view a property i saw online, but in person it looked much worse than the photos. Sarah had me covered. Even though this was our first time meeting she was able to quickly recommend another option that she felt would be more fit for me. She met me 2 days later to look at the property and then to look at several others in the immediate area. we returned to the first place she recommended and i signed a contract that night. She was very helpful in holding the selling agent and builder accountable and steering me in the right direction for my first time home purchase. I already recommended her to a friend of mine since she was such a blast to work with and really knew what she was doing.
