Fantastic experience: Absolutely grateful to Taylor Pulliam he is the absolute best person to work with, after looking into realtors to show us houses not one seemed to care about it unless we had a pre approval letter from our lender. The home appraised almost 10% above purchase price. Outside of the transaction itself, Jordan is just a kind and easygoing person. We found a home not long on the market Cathleen jumped up and ran to now our home . She FaceTimed us we wasted no time she got the offer in and pushed the deal through . Fantastic experience: I worked with Cathleen purchasing my first home and it was a great experience! She was always a step ahead of any issues that came up and created a smooth process on our end. She is highly motivated and treats you with attention like you are her only client, even though she is very busy! The house I purchased was over 1 hr away from her but she had no issues commuting and showing me houses until we found the perfect one. Everyone she referred to me was great as well.
