Fantastic experience: 8 months ago, my wife and I started looking for a new home by requesting a showing through Zillow. We were contacted right away by an agent representing a company named Aimee & Co., ...enter "Sean Sposeep". I've been very interested in Real Estate for over 50 yrs, and in all that time have come to distrust agents because most of them came off as salesmen more focused on their own quick profit rather than my actual needs. Fantastic experience: Billy Sutton deserves a metal for enduring the past three months of my family having no idea what we wanted and our many requests to view homes of all shapes, sizes, locations and values. From million-dollar gorgeous beach homes we could easily afford to the small cozy ranch home on a chunk of land in the country that needed some TLC. Billy never skipped a beat in providing us with any and all pertinent information on each property and looked out for the things that, us being from CA wouldn't know to lookout for here in NC. We are now under contract with a two-week close on a home that we set the price on, that I truly didn't think we would get. But Billy's persistence and whatever realtor magic he possesses made it happen. Fallow up... we have been closed since July 6th 2023. Everything went so smoothly with this team.
