Then 24 hrs before closing, an unfortunate situation occurred with the seller/house and we were forced to start the house hunting process again. She understood the seriousness of the situation and immediately began showing us other homes. Within 25 days we closed on an even better house. I would highly recommend Katie!

Negative experience: Update: Sarah Milin never question us about our phone number, so your response to my review is completely unprofessional. My wife spoke to Sarah for a few days and then Sarah decided to drop her without any communication which is very unprofessional as a realtor in North Carolina. It does not follow your rules and ethics of being a real estate agent. If you’re seeking to end helping someone at least let us know versus trying to make an excuse about our identity. We were out-of-state buyers. We told her everything that she needed to know which were facts and she did not have an issue. Your response as a broker is not acceptable with what we dealt with. I would not recommend your company, Tidal realty partners at all. I have no idea where to start, except for we contacted the company and spoke to Sarah Milin. My wife called Tidal realtors. Sarah answered the phone. Initially, everything was going well, except for we had to ask Sarah to redo some videos of a property we were interested in. Being out of the area buyers, we thought it would be ideal if we had some videos to take a look at properties that we were interested in. In any other city, it would not have been a problem. Sarah was very chatty on text the initial few days and my wife was not comfortable. I had nothing to do with looking for properties, which is why we contacted Tidal realtors. After four days, we noticed Sarah dropped the ball. It is really unprofessional to discuss personal matters with a client that you don’t know, especially in our instance when we were looking for properties and we have to ask Sarah to redo videos, which is ridiculous. We don’t care if you’re going to Scotland. Do I recommend this company? No, I don’t. To completely avoid us for unknown reasons after a few days was The most bizarre encounter we have had with a real estate agent .The lack of communication with Sarah Milan was ridiculous ,unprofessional rude , astonishing upsetting.

We chose new construction and he couldn’t have been more helpful through the entire process . He kept us updated and even did the walk through for us and FaceTimed . It was seamless ! We are glad we found Jim .

Fantastic experience: I've purchased and sold three properties in Wilmington with different realtors and Jim Radle is by far the best realtor I have used in the region, here is why. 1. You can throw a rock in Wilmington and hit a realtor. Most of them will just list your home on the MLS and you may never hear of them again! Jim successfully sold my high end ($1M+) home for exactly what we wanted during a turbulent market. Similar homes are STILL on the market because their realtor is just sitting back waiting for the check to come in, not Jim. He takes a proactive approach to selling your home from start to finish. From pushing listings in markets beyond Wilmington to advertising, hosting multiple open houses, hiring professional photographers/videographers, house cleaning, and landscaping, he left no stone unturned to proactively keep the house in front of buyers and present it in an appealing fashion. 2. He's not just in it for a quick buck. Jim actually took a smaller commission in order to offer more to the buyer's agent. This is actually unheard of and was a good way to entice buyer agents to present the home to their clients. At the end of the day we still walked away with the amount we wanted, in the time frame we were comfortable with and everyone walked away happy. 3. He's professional from start to finish. We had multiple offers with a wild variety of requests / options during the listing. He presented each in a professional manner and provided his honest opinion but still empowered us to be well informed decision makers with no unanswered questions. If you are moving to the area or selling your home, you really need to work with Jim. He didn't ask me to write this elaborate review but I felt compelled to write it for the way we were treated during this entire process and just as important... the results that were delivered. Choosing the right realtor can change your entire perspective on the experience of buying or selling a home and I'm confident in endorsing Jim Radle as my top choice in the region, good luck!
