Negative experience: Two things: 1. Moving from out of state, we should have been more diligent throughout the purchase of our house. 2. We trusted Pinpoint to operate in our best interest and that did not happen. As if a delayed closing date due to poor communication (seller’s agent partially at fault) isn’t bad enough, we are now losing thousands in repairs to water damage, mold remediation (either missed during inspection or not appropriately disclosed to us). We found the inspector and exterminator that Pinpoint brought in to be insufficient and now we are paying the price.

Fantastic experience: Debbie and the Pinpoint team were referred to me after my Mother passed away and we needed to sell her house. Best referral ever! We are from out of town and the house was older so you can imagine there were several things that needed to be taken care of and Debbie absolutely owned it. From referring and contacting various vendors to helping find a landscaper there were a million details that Debbie took care of for us without batting an eyelid. I don't know how we would have gotten the house ready for sale without her and the Pinpoint team. Not only did they take care of the property but they found a buyer and had the house under contract within a day. I can't really say enough for the care and attention that was taken on our case during an already stressful time in our lives. I would absolutely use Debbie and the team again and would refer them to anyone selling and/or buying a home in the area.
