The home, which he lived in for nearly 50 years, is a modest home particularly in today’s market which is full of $500,000+ homes. It also needed some serious TLC on the inside as my dad hadn’t updated anything probably since the 1990s. The roof and AC were new but the flooring, paint and appliances were most definitely not. I decided to choose Gordon Team Realty after reading reviews on yelp and trolling their website. I just needed help i’d been through hell like literal hell dealing with the aftermath of the absolute shitstorm my Brother and nephew left me to deal with after my dad fell ill. Dealing with the theft and neglect of my dad they were all to happy to commit just about gave me a breakdown. It’s a lot for one person to deal with. The house was left filthy after the police removed them from the house and I and my sons were left to clean up, make repairs and I was left paying the mortgage and bills for my dad as they drained his bank account to zero. When I contacted William he was awesome! Fantastic personality had great advice and basically said they will handle everything. They made sure everything was done perfect with title, my trustee documents and trust fund documents were clear and ready to close. Miss Sheeza even scheduled and found a repair guy to make agreed repairs at a decent price for me before closing. They truly made my life stress free during this process. Lots of interest in the property, multiple offers, Put it on their weekly tv show , did open houses etc. We were in contract at 8 days on the market & over asking price. I hope the young couple love this house as much as my dad did :) Despite the rude buyers agents wanting the keys prior to the recording of title/deed and prior to money being transferred (that’s not how real estate transactions are done! Shame on them) My agents handled that with class and impeccable ethics of course. It sold fast with a quick escrow I couldn’t have asked for more! You guys Rock!! Fantastic experience: We have bought half a dozen homes over the last 30 years. Several 'buyers' agents tried to upsell us, others discouraged any price negotiations and some were hard to reach. Gordon team were truly buyers agents, they used data to identify true market value and were not hesitant to give a true market value bid. When we changed our mind at the last minute because we felt future neighbors would not appreciate Muslim neighbors team Gordon canceled the deal just before final contingency removed working for us and putting their relationship with the sellers realtor on the line. When we found 'The' house they helped negotiate a midway price between lower appraised value and asking price. They did everything a buyers realtor should do, arranging inspections, contractors bids in fact paying out of their pocket to get a door installed so that when we move in from out of town our garage was secured. By the end of several months of househunting Gordon Team Realty was practically family. My wife and I unreservedly say these are the best realtors we have worked with over the last 3 decades.

I selected them from among several well-qualified realtors, and I would list with them again without hesitation. One little quirk was in evidence, however, along the way. Some of their communications were redundant, with the same documents or messages coming from multiple points of the team at the same time. Overall, communication was very good, but at times it seemed that the team was a little out of sync as evidenced by the repetitive docs and texts.
