She worked with us personally to make sure everything is taken care of from start to finish. We met with her on a Saturday, she had a professional photographer there on Monday (spent two hours with multiple cameras and formats), listed the house at 2:00PM on Thursday and had an offer we accepted ($10,000 over asking price) on Sunday evening, Father’s Day! Lauren is knowledgeable, responsive, and very patient. She was not worried about her bottom line and we never felt any pressure from her to make a decision. We had lots of questions and Lauren was always quick to respond and put things in terms that were clear and easy to understand. This year I was extremely nervous because I didn’t want to go through the same hardships as last year. However, the McCarty Group was outstanding my only regret is me not enjoying the process because I was scared that things would not workout.
