Fantastic experience: Alfonso Valero is my hero! This was my first time buying a home and I had no idea what to expect or what the process would be. I had tried with another realtor who would only send me links to Zillow, and sometimes on homes that were nothing like what I was looking for. Alfonso worked with me every step of the way and made sure he was getting me to homes that fit my style. He was patient and kind (even when I was being difficult lol) and was quick to observe what I was looking for. When I put in a couple offers that were denied, he stayed positive and assured me that when it was the right home, it would all work out. Not going to lie, there was a moment or two that I lost faith (not because of Alfonso's skills but due to a very limited budget) but he kept me going. Now I have this perfect little home. MY perfect little home. One that I ended up getting a great deal on, despite some tight resources. One that has everything I wanted and more. He was right!! When the right house came along, it would all work out. Now I sit here, looking around at something I didn't think was going to be possible, and can only smile. In fact, I can't stop smiling. And I couldn't have done it without Alfonso! So, my sincerest thank you to Alfonso and the whole Ryan Dobbs team. I'll be reaching out again when I'm ready for an upgrade.
