We have only bought one home before this transaction and were nervous about all of the ins and outs. From the start, Nathan has been incredible about communication and advice. That is not to say, however, that Nathan is a push over...on the contrary! There were times we were being ghosted by people and we would tell Nathan and it was not 20 minutes before those people called us back. Nathan has been an invaluable resource to us as we navigate trying to sell our current house. He has been amazing with advice, help, and counseling us; talking us through things and ensuring that everything will be ok. Additionally, he is patient with our million questions. We had a realtor when we bought our first house and that was unpleasant, to say the least, so we were hesitant to get another realtor. We are so glad we decided to reach out to Nathan as he is nothing short of amazing. I'm not sure when he sleeps as he is so responsive and thoughtful in his recommendations. Fantastic experience: We were coming to Chattanooga from out of state, and found Jordan by searching for teams with the most transactions in the area, so we knew we would at least be working with someone who was efficient and well-known in the community. However, we didn't realize that we would be working with someone who is so personable, patient, and supportive during the entire buying process. Since we were not in the state yet, there were many things that Jordan handled on our behalf, like finding a painter and arranging quotes, etc, that made the process so much smoother and less stressful. I could not recommend Jordan and his entire team enough, and will be using them when we sell the house in the future!
