Fantastic experience: The Ryan King Team really is a team. This is our second time working with Ryan. The first time was to sell our home and move out of state. The second time was to move back to Tennessee and purchase a home here. Showings were a breeze with Thomas. One of us was out of state, on FaceTime while the other was at the actual showing. Thomas was available and quick to make appointments for showings. he would also do the research to be able to answer any questions we had about potential properties. Once we put an offer on a house multiple people from Ryan’s team reached out to us to fulfill needed information working towards closing. Ryan checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going OK on selling our house in another state and to give advice or see if anything was needed. we ended up having a trickier closing than usual all due to the mortgage company we used. Ryan was quick to ensure that all information was provided immediately when requested and actually found out the mortgage company had been sending The Ryan King Team information to a spam folder. We are grateful that his team figured out this issue to ensure we closed on our scheduled closing date. All in all, the Ryan King Team worked quickly and efficiently to obtain or provide all necessary information for all aspects of purchasing our home. We never worried about getting things completed and were completely confident and comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying Ive served in 2 branches of the Military (Navy & Army). I’ve moved for jobs and for schools to put my kids in. I’m no stranger to Realty companies. I’ve had Realtors who were disingenuous, who would try and pressure me to going over my budget for a bigger commission, and who didn’t seem to care much about me because I didn’t meet their level of clientele (aka. I wasn’t a $Million dollar customer). Ryan King and his team were the FIRST in 30+ years that I felt like they wanted what I wanted. They were patient, they offered suggestions and not pressure tactics. In other words, they LISTENED and that made all the difference to me. The search wasn’t easy because we knew what we wanted and we’re not going to settle but the closing was easy. They have a box truck you can use to move and that was invaluable.
