She referred us to a local inspector for the home inspection, who was thorough and then handled the negotiations of some minor repairs. Wendy provided us with a list of the Utilities and Internet providers to make that easy as well! Wendy also recommended a mortgage lender. She and her team were amazing. Doing a home purchase out of state is a challenge, but Jody was “hold my beer“ challenge accepted! She did walk-throughs of a couple houses via FaceTime could see the houses. The house that we ended up getting, was contingent and pending and she was game on with the realtor listing it that if it fell through, we would get first dibs. You must have patience as well, Jody is a very, very busy lady. I believe she is highly sought after but there is a good reason for that. She is very good at what she does. I believe we have created a wonderful friendship, and I can't wait to have her over for a cookout.
