She was very patient with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted versus what I needed. Fantastic experience: What can I say? Well, other than I am long overdue to post my review. Zach and his faithful assistant Julie treated me like family when I purchased my first home in August 2023. I just wished I’d listened to him sooner while rates were 2.5-4.5%☺️. They were very professional and Zach’s experiences in other areas of the buying process proved to be a gem during negotiations and so was my home. Fantastic experience: Looking for the best Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? I was! Luckily, I had the pleasure of working with Zach Fry Realty. We had no idea about every step of the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. I also work in the service industry and am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Zach and his team exceeded in both aspects. The amount of effort and time they put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. They were always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. We didn’t know all of the questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and Zach would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Zach Fry does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – they set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. We were not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and Zach was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what he had learned about us. We truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, IMO, it is crucial to keep those around that do. This process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Zach went above and beyond (as I’m positive he does with all of his clients) and truly made us feel like we had a confidant/partner throughout. The way Zach handles business truly makes me consider him not just an agent, but a friend. Overall, I would strongly recommend Zach Fry Realty Collective to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I would trust them with my eyes closed and their attention to detail and level of time/dedication to their clients is outstanding. Fantastic experience: I recently sold a house and Zack Fry was recommended to me by a friend. This was the first time I have been on the selling/listing side of home ownership. With the initial “meet and greet” he came in, introduced himself, gave me a brief but also thorough rundown of his background, how he does business, gave me his expectations as well as asked for mine, and then followed up with a walk through of my house. Within about a week he had my house ready to be listed. I couldn’t believe how fast his group (him, his photographer, and office manager) got everything ready to go.
