Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever buying a house. I had no clue as to how the process worked so I watched countless videos on what to do, what to expect, what to watch out for and what to avoid. With that said, I still had a million questions. The first realtor I went to became frustrated with me because of all the questions that I had. He wanted me to simply "trust him" and really not ask questions, to which I found really absurd. I was turned on to the Sokoler Team and wow, what a difference. Bob took the time to not only answer every question that I had, he went into as much detail as necessary to put my mind at ease. He treated me like I was buying a mansion, even though I'm sure he has sold houses a LOT bigger than the one I purchased. Not only was the experience a pleasant one, I learned more from Bob and his agents than I ever would have learned by researching the process on my own. My experience went so well, that I wish I had the money to buy some more houses! Fantastic experience: My husband and I began our house hunt before moving down to the Louisville area and Casey Sokoler was recommended to us by our former realtor. We had a broad idea of what we were looking for but didn't know the area well enough to really find the house we wanted. Casey was patient in starting a broad search for us. Over time she helped us find the area we wanted to live in and narrow down our search. Casey and her assistant, Catherine, were beyond helpful in scheduling multiple showings in a day. They were quick to respond and get us into each home, which was very beneficial. This market is intense and competitive, but Casey has a strong grasp on how to navigate it!
