Fantastic experience: I want to take a moment to provide feedback on my experience with Annette Coxon of Remax Properties East in Louisville, Kentucky. First, a little background; my wife and have lived and worked in the Atlanta, Georgia area for the last 28 years; however, Kentucky has always been home. Now that we are both retiring we wanted to relocate back to Kentucky to be close to friends and family - preferably in the Loiusville area. Annette stuck with us for almost about a year of house hunting, all over Kentucky and southern Indiana. She is a consmate professional, extremely knowledgeable, who gave us great advice, finding and showing us only those homes that met our extensive criteria. Her knowledge of market conditions, contacts, and vast experience served our needs in throughout the entire process. Find us a perfect house when we were 450 miles away with limited time of to go look at houses isn't easy. She was/is a godsend in this regard. In the end she found us a great home, perfect for our needs, in a sellers market at a great price! If you are looking to relocate to Kentucky, or already live there but just want a new house ( or wish to sell your home) you simply cannot go wrong working with Annette. In a word, she's the best realtor I've ever worked with - and my wife and I have worked with alot of realtors over the years. Again, when you work with Annette you just can't go wrong. We are relocating from the Atlanta area to Louisville and weren't sure where in KY we wanted to retire. We has lived in Lexington, I attended Centre College in Danville and like the town. We've spent time in the Land Between the Lakes area. Annette patiently showed us homes in all these places and arranged for local Remax agents to show homes in places she couldn't travel to in LBL and Danville. As our options became clearer Annette concentrated her search in areas east of Louisville and southern Indiana. Over two house hunting trips and seeing 12-15 homes, we found the one that fit our needs. She connected us with a loan officer and arranged inspections for home, the fireplace, radon and termites that included quotes for any work needed. All along the way she communicated frequently so we were never left "in the dark." Negative experience: Molly Bond rented an apt. she owns in my HOA community. The woman moved in with 6 kids and a check and a long criminal history. This woman spent half of her year stay in jail selling drugs. Molly said she was trying to get her out but let her stay anyway while the woman continued to give out keys to the building and bring questionable people over at all hours of the night. But Molly claimed I didn't know what I was talking about. Apparently Molly doesn't understand rules where she works and that HOA's can fine you for breaking these rules. She also doesn't know that there is a website you can visit that gives information on jail inmates and their crimes. Stay away from Molly because all she cares about is lining her pockets with your money.
