Positive experience: Pharencia was my realtor Chris was my loan officer they were both patient with me through this process. I love my home but I feel duped when it came to their referral for my inspection. I paid for a service to Robert because they claim he was the best. Well maybe not the best for my home, cus he missed a few things for him to be here for several. Starting with the leak in my basement, the device on my furnace that looks like a bomb, also several outlets that don’t work. One smoke detector for the entirety of the home. The loose fixtures in the bathroom and it didn’t even come with shower rod. So that’s that!

Negative experience: We would not recommend working with the realtor, Danielle Thomas. Throughout the entire process, communication was inconsistent and unreliable. She often failed to follow through on what she said she would do, and we had to constantly remind her of tasks that were her responsibility. Important details were missed, and her lack of organization created unnecessary stress. She also gave false or misleading information on more than one occasion, which ultimately delayed the process— something that could have been avoided with proper attention and accuracy. It felt like we were doing most of the work ourselves, and we couldn’t trust her to handle even basic responsibilities without oversight. Very disappointing experience.

Pagie was the one that worked out my loan and got it all squared away. She walked me through all the different kind of loans. Pagie work to make sure that my budget was meant. She helped me get in contact with contractors to work on my house. I would recommend both of them again, they both made buy my first house super easy.

Negative experience: I have never reached out to this company, all I did was like some properties on Zillow. They have filled my voicemail completely and sent me countless emails. I had ignored their calls and had my automated phonecall screener request that I be removed from their calling list, but I have still gotten called every single day for the last month.

Negative experience: Lanay’s lack of time management resulted in driving 2 1/2 hours one way, waiting at the house for an hour, and then driving back. I received a vague voicemail 10 mins after the showing time. When able to finally connect via text, I expressed that I was 25 mins out and would be returning to the house to view it, and when I arrived she had already left. A lack of cell service is not an acceptable excuse to a lack of time management after already canceling on me the weekend prior with less than 24 hours notice. One phone call and one vague voicemail with no attempts to follow up and a full voicemail box for herself. With no further attempts to communicate until 1.5 hours after the scheduled time.

Fantastic experience: How can I put all this in words? This company, these people are the epitome of professional but yet above and beyond compassionate! Monica sold our home in Mt. Washington in 2021 in 12 hours of it being listed! Now, she paired us up with Scott Kindervater in Etown who also works for Totally About Houses and “above and beyond” is an understatement for Scott! He has worked with us for 11 months to find our forever home! He never gave up!! He would send me homes daily (multiple) and was so very patient and kind! He is a realtor that will fight for you and determined to find or sell you a home!! We just closed yesterday on my dream 80 year old farmhouse! But it doesn’t stop there, George who works for Totally About Lending (all in one stop shop! lol) worked with us to find the best loan and made the process seamless! He is a very seasoned professional loan broker and he won’t stop until he finds you the right loan! Needless to say, we highly recommend doing business with Totally about Houses because they offer it all! Which makes the process of buying a home extremely easy!! Please call them!! Please don’t go with anyone else! If you want to be treated like you are their only client then call them!! They WILL sell your home, they WILL find you your dream home, they WILL take care of all your financing!
