Fantastic experience: I recently was looking to make a move from Phoenix to Apache Junction, and so I reached out to Denali Real Estate LLC who had properties for rent in Apache Junction. Denali laid out a seamless application process which was extremely affordable. Once I had found the property I wished to inhabit, the process of moving was very smooth. I particularly enjoyed the free concierge utility service which has made utilities transfers quit easy. Then right on time the property manager met with me and addressed any concerns I may have. The place was clean and ready to go. So I went. Thank you Denali for keeping the customer first.

Fantastic experience: Great real estate agency to work with. They were prompt when relaying information and answering questions. It was difficult to speak with my agent over calls due to my job, so she did so by email and it was greatly appreciated (Agent was Christine). They were understanding when I missed a few sections on the application, and when I wasn't able to pay the last of my fees due to the bank being closed for holiday, they allowed me to do so the following day. The agency's and agent's communication and helpfulness throughout the process made it easier and less stressful.

Fantastic experience: I honestly will say for sure no one is perfect, but when we moved in everything looked great from outside then few hours from being in the house everything was not working from the fridge, dishwasher, A/c hot water basically everything, but after I contacted the company they came in the next day and fixed everything I mean everything and I was pleased with that they were doing changed everything to new, new A/c, new fridge new heater tank everything and I have only being here for 3 weeks and enjoy my place. Fantastic experience: I have been a tenant with this property company since 2019. This is truly the first place I have moved where I am in a like-minded community and have never had any issues with my neighbors or my landlord. They work promptly and efficiently to fix any issues that may arise and keep in contact with me on any updates I should know about. I don’t plan on leaving this residence or company until I become a homeowner. I have heard talk of a possible first time home ownership program opening up with with Denali and if that were to happen I would be one of the first to take advantage of that resource! I feel absolutely certain I would resign my lease again in 2024. With the housing market being so competitive and fluctuating, Denali has continued to provide a fair market for me to comfortably live.

Upon our first attempted move-in date, we found repairs that needed to be done, paint not patched up, and spaces left dirty with previous tenant garbage. When we brought our concerns to Anthony the property manager and Denali, they were prompt in communications with the homeowner and getting things ready and cleaned up as quick as possible for us to move in. Overall, they are very nice and professional, and I look forward to leasing through them in the coming years.
