Fantastic experience: I was having to sell my home quickly and went with a local realtor blindly, Was told by him I would get a great sale and it would move in 90 days. He signed me up at a price that was on the high end but because I was moving he would take car of everything. I personally thought the house was way over priced but he convinced me otherwise. After 100 days he got a few offers and within the range I was originally looking at but failed to tell me because he said we could do better. After discussing with him, I ended up terminating the contract. On the recommendation of my daughter I went with Leighanne Potts who suggested a price exactly where I was projecting. Throughout the process kept me informed at a minimum weekly and within about half the time had 4 times the views, and had it close to under contract. We discussed the offer from the prospective buyer, listened to my suggestions, offered sound advice and got a price I could work with. She was a gem and I have already referred two others her way even before we closed. She is a gem, the Treasure Davis Team is top notch and 100% recommend this firm and Leighanne especially.

Positive experience: The process started off great with an excellent sales job by Treasure to get us to choose her as our realtor and get us listed. However, we had more contact with Angela, her assistant, than we did with our actual agent, Treasure. Angela was great, but in our mind, we hired Treasure. This also led to some misinformation, making the closing a bit more stressful than it needed to be. The house sold and we moved so it all worked out.

Fantastic experience: Gisela and the Treasure Team made the home buying process so smooth and easy for us, even with a short closing time of 14 days! We feel lucky that we wound up finding Gisela as our agent the day that we first started looking at homes. Negative experience: I purchased a home back in October 2024 through a different agent, not employed by this company. Yzabella Tafoya was the selling (listing) agent, for the home. There were very few requests following the inspection that I had done. One of those requests being a railing outside, that was weathered, to be replaced. The repair was completed and the home was purchased (by myself). I moved in to the home immediately. We went the entire winter and on our first rain storm a leak presented itself in our Loft area near a window. After a long battle with many companies to try to repair this issue, another leak presented itself in the middle of our master bedroom just straight through the ceiling. It just so happened that this leak lined directly up with the upstairs patio deck railing (this was the repair completed following inspection). We then got in contact with the company that repaired the railing. They came out and informed us that they knew that they completed the repair incorrectly and informed the sellers realtor (Yzabella Tafoya) of this concern and they were told to "not worry about it". This has now cost me $5000 in repairs just 5 months after making one of the biggest purchases in my life, so far. I would not recommend this company or this listing agent (Yzabella Tafoya) if that is the attitude they have towards repairs that are required for a buyer to move forward with purchasing the home.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely impressed with Nayeli Nungaray who has spent many hours working with me to find a property understanding that I am a highly decorated Marine who has been held in Moscow and been to Ukraine 13 times, Peru 13 times and many other countries. She understands what I am looking for in the last 6 months waiting to come to Colorado Springs. She found me a broker and all of the properties meet my criteria. It is the first time that I have found someone who has not rushed me and I have owned about 10 properties in the past.

Fantastic experience: Leighanne was phenomenal. We had to arrange a new construction build while out of state, and she helped us keep track of the process every step of the way. She went to the lot multiple times to take photos and videos. She helped facilitate questions between us and the builder, and we always felt like our concerns were being addressed. She was incredibly helpful in the design and planning stage, offering to visit vendors in person so that we could Facetime through our selections. I'm so glad we were referred to her. Fantastic experience: The Treasure Davis Team really care about their clients. Plus they are fantastic at selling your property. They sold our house in a day and a half. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

Negative experience: Our experience was less than what we expected. The communication with our agent seem to slow down significantly after we signed. Our agent asked us to list our home for less which we agreed, however we only had 1 showing in 3 weeks, and he would cancel our open house the day of with only a few hours of notice. It also seemed a little suspicious that he stated he had sold "multiple homes" that month, with no references when the market was extremely slow. Although we dropped our price (and was asked to drop it again) it didn't seem like his attention was focused on us. I give a 2 star though because the cancelation of $1000 was waived. It just felt like a very inexperienced process.
