Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent realtors. We bought a house with them 2 months ago. Great experience even though it was a very technical sale with an assumed mortgage. Even with that, went very smooth and closed at half the time we expected. Then, two months later, I contacted Jason to help get a security camera working. 24 hrs later. Its fixed. Can’t say enough about these guys!

Fantastic experience: Jason did a fantastic job of managing the sale of our residence in Colorado Springs. Being out of town during the process, we had to count on and rely on Jason and his team to have our back so-to-speak. Negative experience: This company has now sent unsolicited texts from their “digital assistant Riley” from 3 numbers after blocking 2. I wouldn’t do business with a company that sends unsolicited text messages and goes so far to get around being blocked.

Fantastic experience: Finch & Gable made buying a home so easy! We used Finch & Gable Real Estate Co to purchase our home when I PCS'ed to the Colorado Springs area. They were very familiar with military relocations and have a unique system in place that I haven't seen with other companies we've used over the years. They have an app where I could request a showing and a short time later, I'd receive a notification that my showing had been scheduled. We were able to view homes when it was convenient for our schedule after work and when were were in the area and that was really important for us. They had a team in place to help us with every step of the process. I was able to text questions at any time, and someone from the team would respond quickly. When you purchase a home with Finch & Gable, you have an entire team working for you which made them very accessible and communcative through every step of the process. The entire process was smooth from our first meeting to our home closing. Even after closing. they've kept in touch with us to answer any questions we had. They were able to find us a home that met all of our major criteria which we were really happy about. Fantastic experience: In this new world of online systems and across state buying, you cannot do better than Jason Daniels with Finch and Gable. He runs a team of realtors, Tina, Tyler and now Sara who can do video showings, in person viewings and video consutations. Sara and Valerie can help you with all your transaction and area service needs. We were not the easiest clients to service as we had some hard timelines to meet and wanted to have our RV at our new Colorado Springs home. We also wants all the aplliances to stay with the home and a great garden setup. Everyone helped us get exactly what we wanted, in a good neighborhood, with trails for a price we could afford. Finch&Gable was an efficient and friendly team to work with and ended up getting us everything we wanted in a first home! Courtney Hart was beyond patient (we are admittedly picky clients who were working with a budget), quickly became familiar with our taste in homes, and was excellent at sending us options we liked. Positive experience: Only downside was being passed around to different realtors whilst I was house hunting, but otherwise I received lots of help and very fast communication. Fantastic experience: Finch and Gable helped us find our perfect home over 9 years ago when they were still Jason Daniels & Associates. Walking distance to schools, work, church, stores, library... this will be a home where we not only raise our kids, but where we welcome grandkids decades after moving here. They were so great about understanding our family's needs... what we hoped for in schools and church and neighborhood. We had been shopping long distance from another state, and they did all within their power to make our 2 trips out to view homes productive. (And I was really picky too, since I wanted a home that could work for us far into the future, plus we had a tight budget considering home prices in NE Springs.) In addition to excellent service and great communication through our buying process, we love how once we join the Jason Daniels/Finch & Gable family, we are always a part of their family. Everyone looks forward to our free ice cream coupon we get mailed from them on birthdays. They host a summer BBQ annually that you do NOT want to miss... great food (brisket and smoked turkey, not burgers... they go all out!), fun carnival games and bounce house for kids, ice cream n cotton candy, balloon artist, and some phenomenal door prizes for kids and adults alike. They have other events through the year as well, but our favorite has been when they treat the whole family to a movie + treats at a really nice theater. They spoil us! I have maybe 17 friends who are realtors, but I tell ya... this is the company I always refer everyone to. Definitely you will be looked after both in buying and selling homes, and afterwards.

Both my Agents listed, cared, especially when I gave them a number I could afford.
